Oh, I really do hope they keep Ryder around though. Him and Kara were ridiculously adorable together. I want them to date in front of Winn so he can die even more on the inside. #KeepRyder #ReplaceWinn #ReplaceWinnWithRyder
Edit:
This was my favorite episode this season.

I told y'all they should've just made Winn gay.
But yeah, seeing them on-screen together, I felt like they were really sticking it to Ryan Murphy.
They should get Jacob Artist and Becca Tobin to guest star.

'The Flash' and 'Supergirl' crossover is officially happening Make way for Barry Allen, National City. That "The Flash"-"Supergirl" crossover is really happening. Grant Gustin will appear as the Scarlet Speedster in the March 28 episode of "Supergirl," CBS announced Wednesday. "We are so incredibly excited to announce something that we have dreamed of happening since we starting making 'Supergirl' — the Flash and Supergirl are teaming up!" said Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg, executive producers for both "Supergirl" and "The Flash," in a press release. While no additional details regarding the episode have been revealed, fans of both shows of the "Berlanti-verse" (the DC Comics-based TV universe inhabited by the characters of Berlanti's "Green Arrow," "The Flash," "Supergirl" and most recently "DC's Legends of Tomorrow") have been aniticipating a crossover since CBS President Glenn Geller teased the possibility during the recent Television Critics Assn. press tour. No news on whether Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will ever meet face to face with Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist), but now that a crossover between CW's "The Flash" and CBS' "Supergirl" is setting the precedent, perhaps the two heroes will also cross paths sooner rather than later. I wonder if it'll be the same universe as Arrow/Flash/Legends, or if it'll be considered a different universe entirely. I'm kind of iffy on this, just because I like that in the Arrowverse there's been no mention to Batman or Superman. But at the same time, Supergirl has the same feel as the Flash, so it wouldn't be a stretch to have it take place in the same universe. Also I really think it'd be awesome if Black Canary and Felicity made guest appearances. BC could teach Kara a thing or two tbh and Felicity could beat the shit outta Winn.

This video explains it a bit in more detail, but I guess it's confirmed the Flash is traveling to a different universe where he'll meet Kara.

They really need to do something with Winn. Kill him off, out him as being gay/bi, turn him evil, anything. He's so pointless.

This episode looks really cool. Also: New Supergirl Synopsis Reveals Former WWE Diva Eve Torres Is Maxima CBS has released an official synopsis for the April 11th episode of Supergirl, titled "Myriad," and it reveals that former WWE Diva Eve Torres will guest star as Maxima. Kara must find a way to free her friends when Non (Chris Vance) and Indigo (Laura Vandervoort) use mind control to turn National City’s citizens into their own army. In DC Comics, Maxima made her first appearance in Action Comics #645 (September 1989) and was created by Roger Stern and George Pérez. Maxima is from planet Almerac, where her family is royalty, and she comes to Earth to pursue a suitable mate: Superman. When the Man of Steel rejects her offer (several times), she seeks revenge against him. In the New 52, Maxima is now an LGBT character. The new and improved version of Maxima debuted in Supergirl #36 (November 2014). She feels the weight of the world on her shoulders to find a mate, so she can help repopulate her planet, but her true desire is to be with a woman, like Supergirl! "Myriad" episode of Supergirl will air Monday, April 11 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on CBS. Source: comicbook.com/2016/03/21/new-supergirl-synopsis-reveals-former-wwe-diva-eve-torres-is-max/

I'm catching up right now, and I just got so excited when Jim Harper showed up. Of course they've made him some kind of villain though - he's supposed to be The Guardian, one of Superman's most trusted allies! Will he ever catch a break?
EDIT: Oh, now that his mind has been wiped, he may return as a good guy next season.

The crossover with The Flash was so perfect. I wish it could happen more often.

So, it looks like CBS may not renew Supergirl, which would be a real shame. Apparently it costs CBS $3M an episode for the license to broadcast the show, and the ratings just aren't good enough to warrant that cost, in their opinion.
I really think they should move it to The CW for a second season, where it would no doubt find it's audience, instead of just cancelling it. Look at what happened with Constantine, they cancelled the show instead of moving it elsewhere, and then when Matt Ryan reprised the role, multiple Arrow viewers said they would watch a show starring him, proving that Constantine should have been on The CW instead of NBC.
The thing that Supergirl and Constantine have in common though, is that they didn't seem to have any direction until the end of the season, which would turn a lot of viewers off, because multiple episodes that don't contribute to a greater arc aired in a row makes you (the viewer) feel like it's going nowhere, which may make you give up on it. Which is why, if Supergirl gets a season 2, then they need to be really obvious about what the story arc of that season will be, because I didn't even realise that Astra and Non were supposed to be the main villains until late in the game, I just thought they were going to reoccur as villains of the week.
If for some reason it is cancelled, I hope we get to find out who was inside the pod that crash landed, because I'd be so pissed off if I was never told who it was.

Yeah I agree. I think it really found it's footing towards the end. And honestly it'd be such a shame to see Kara, Cat, and Lucy go to waste like that. There was some article I read recently about them moving filming to Vancouver (where Arrow/Flash/probably Legends) films. I'll have to try and find it, but it basically sounded like that if it didn't get picked up, the CW would pick it up.

CBS seemed like such an odd choice for it in the first place when the other two were on the CW. I can only think it'd be better for all parties involved if the show moves networks.
But tbh yeah while I did come to enjoy the show the first season definitely lacked direction and seemed downright aimless at times.
