This thread can be used to post random thoughts on TNA.
Generation Me is suppose to have issues with Ink Inc but I guess it has been dropped because they will be facing the MCMGs next week on Impact in the mixed tag match.
Personally I would love to see Beer Money back in the tag team title picture.
I still don't care about the Mickie James / Tara feud. I don't get why they didn't just let Mickie beat Tara at Turning Point and move on to Madison.
Speaking of Madison she's had the Knockout title back for almost a month and hasn't really done anything with it at all.
Angelina should have gotten a rematch for the KO title by now. It's obvious TNA doesn't want her to hold it again.
Velvet's storyline of trying to prove herself. I think it has potential if there is actually a good payoff her and it's just not a way of jobbing her out. As for this thing their doing with her and Chris Sabin I still don't know about that. I would prefer for Velvet not to be romantically involved with anyone on screen but that's just me.
Also I thought Velvet's match against Sarita last week wasn't bad at all.
Jeff Hardy's poor man's Raven act just isn't working for me and I really hate his new custom world title. It looks like a joke.
When they trashed TNA world title it reminded of a lot of the bad things WCW did in their dying days.
There was no point of Taylor being on Impact at all last night because she didn't do anything. They could have aired Velvet's match with Tara instead but no.
Well that's enough bitching about TNA for now.

Nice thread idea!
Rain (Peyton Banks in TNA) could be a big asset to the division if rehired and used properly. Unlike in her first go around.
For that matter, Las Gringas Locas (Rain & Jennifer Blake in Mexico's AAA) could rule in TNA. Mic and character work between Love/Sky and Rain/Blake might be untouchable.
Tara and Mickie isn't offensive, but it's hardly scintillating.
TNA drops too many storylines midway through. The Sarita/Velvet thing looks like the latest example.
Tossing the former belt in the garbage? Did we really need another 90's WCW reference? And a bad one at that?
The maker of Jeff's belt was apparently on some strong stuff during it's construction.
Once the old belt broke the plane of the pail, it ceased having the credibility of a top championship belt. Best make up totally new looking belt once it's needed again.
Beer Money would be better off on their own.
I don't feel it for the Jersey Shore storyline thus far.

Here's some totally thought out random ideas for you:
Numbah one: Push Magnus
Numbah two: Fourtune vs Immortals would work much better than the current storyline
Numbah three: a face version of The British Invasion vs Immortals would work much better than the current storyline
Numbah four: Dixie needs a slap
Numbah five: After said slap she needs to fire Hogan and Bischoff
Numbah six: After the said firing of Hogan and Bischoff she needs to hire Alex Shane and form a talent exchange with FWA
Numbah seven: FWA's The Agenda should have been 'They'

Got some more.
I don't like that TNA has de-pushed TBP. IMO they were / are the only good thing about the KO division. So why de-push them?
Hate that Velvet is the job girl of the division again. It may be a storyline but it still sucks. That shit with her losing all the time got old in 2008-2009. She deserves better.
Also it's one thing that Velvet is dating Chris Sabin in real life by why make it a storyline? Why admit that one your most popular if not the most popular female performer on your roster is dating somone in real life and say who it is? The whole thing on TV just comes off as forced and tacked on. It makes no sense for Velvet from a character perspective to be involved with anyone let alone Chris Sabin!
The Angelina / Winter story could be good but if they are going to have it like Angelina is the only who can see her and more less say she's crazy then it's stupid. Plus it seems like TNA is slowly trying break up TBP again.
Ric Flair constantly getting "iced" is funny to me.
AJ Styles needs to turn face again.
I feel bad for Daffney because when her contract is up she might not get re-signed.
Hulk Hogan saying that the titles are fake and meaningless on Reaction was the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Why would they allow him to say that? If all the titles are meaningless then there is no point of the wrestlers fighting each other and doing what they do for a living then. I know he was in character and heeling it up but it was still a really idiotic thing to say on TV.

Sorry if this has already been discussed and I didn't notice but, umm, Jeff Hardy's new custom made World title belt: They actually managed to make a gayer looking title belt than the WWE Divas Championship. How is that even possible?

...When did Madison Rayne get hot? When you lost your mind.

...When did Madison Rayne get hot? When you lost your mind. So fairly recently then? I thought as much. I think it's because she's not trying so hard to be Velvet or Angelina anymore. She's better as a brunette.

This is more of a rant than thoughts.
I am really sick of Taz ruining Velvet's entrance. It's too the point where I don't even want her to do it anymore because I tired of hearing that stupid line. The sad thing is people actually like when he says it and encourages him do it.
I tried to be optimistic about this angle but I honestly believe that Velvet is being buried in this "feud" with Sarita. Even if Velvet gets a win over her she's already lost a lot to her already. It's like TNA just refuses to allow Velvet to look strong.
I'm also tired of a certain columnist who loves to discredit and bash Velvet in every article and video he makes just because he doesn't think she's a good wrestler. Plus he believes she shouldn't be allowed to win matches and wants her to be a valet. I don't get that guy's logic at all.
I'm sorry but I had to get that off my chest.

I don't usually see that there is sound logic behind a position that wants Velvet to go valet.
TNA struggles to create homegrown stars that it can tie to it's own brand name. In the Love & Sky Beautiful People, they have one of their top success stories (no thanks to creative but that is another story.)
Why would you want to split the team for good and sideline one of the performers from her own storylines? And then have her valet for a tandem that doesn't even need a valet to boot?

I don't get it either. I don't see what anyone gains by making Velvet a valet.
As for TBP I'm not going to lie I would love to see Velvet have some success on her own outside TBP and without Angelina (no offense to Angelina). But I don't think TNA is going allow her to have any so I really don't know what TNA has in mind for Velvet.
I want to remain positive about this angle but it's just not looking good for her atm.

OK I was going to try and hold off on this but I have a rant about Velvet's current storyline with Sarita.
Can we even say its a feud because it has been pretty one sided. She has now lost to Sarita 5 times. So they have pretty much made the heel (Sarita) right that she can't beat her or anyone else for that matter and that she can't seem to get anything done without Angelina. I just don't understand the logic in this at all. What are the trying to accomplish? They should just end it now.
If TNA wanted (?) Velvet's stock to rise this year they have put her onto a really bad start. I mean if they don't want her to win any matches and just want her to lose all the time why use her as a in ring talent at all? I can't even remember the last time she actually won a match.
They love to use Velvet for marketing purposes. Commercials, action figures, snacks etc. But they don't want to push her as a legit in ring talent. It's annoying.
Plus I didn't how Taz said Sarita has more experience than her. They both been wrestling for almost 10 years now. So how does Sarita have more experience than Velvet? This is why I hate that she has to play this underdog role.
Honestly I just don't know where Velvet stands with TNA anymore. I think it pretty much says what they think of her if the best storyline they can give her involves losing all the time.
