Joss is stepping down from Batgirl because he got overexcited and accepted it before realizing he didn’t have a story lol. Honestly, for the best. That's the stupidest reason for stepping down. You don't have a story, Joss? Well, pick up a book then. Jesus Christ. I agree though, this project is definitely better off without him. He's lost it. |

In a franchise full of out of the box casting, this is easily the strangest since Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor.

I wish there was some way to force movie people that if they want to reboot something they have to wait a certain amount of time. Stuff like having three different Spider-Men in a decade is too much. Now we're rebooting a movie from two years ago. |

Robert Pattinson seems to be all but confirmed as the next Batman.
He's a good actor. I liked him in The Lost City of Z and I've been looking forward to The Lighthouse, starring him and Willem Dafoe, which is getting rave reviews at the Cannes Film Festival right now
I'm over all these casting changes though.
