See I didn't think it was bad, but I don't know if that's because I went in with the lowest of expectations. But holy shit I could not take Gaga seriously. Like when her shiny ass bedazzled hand was going after the Swedish girl I was cackling. But it's 2015, I think it's time we got some side doodle action instead of tiddies.

I just thought it seemed kind of incoherent. The only character who appears to have any sort of depth was Wes Bentley's character. The rest of it just seemed like it was trying (too hard) to be controversial and shocking. Much like Gaga herself. And she is just distracting.
Having said all that I will suck it up of we get to see Matt Bomer's butt every week.

I'm not even bothering with this season. Last season started out fine, but quickly crashed and burned. That and all the ads I see for it are mostly Gaga and since I find her irritating it just sounds unpleasant. If she gets killed off early let me know.

Lol I'm still mad about last season. Things were going so great until they killed off Twisty. By the Pepper episode it had just gotten excruciating.

I'm glad we got a little bit more substance in this episode. And I knew they were gonna base this season off of H. H. Holmes. I still can't take Gaga seriously though. I'm just sad that this show isn't really creepy anymore, but I feel like that was lost a long time ago.

I still can't take Gaga seriously though. She's such a bad actress. I'm wary of criticizing Gaga too much because I know none of us have ever really been big fans of her so it just sounds like we're hating, but she sucks. Ryan really needs to take his stan goggles off. The second episode was better, but I can't handle them being so long this season. The next episode is going to be 90 minutes as well. And even with the extended run time the last episode still only had like three scenes with actual substance. But like I said last week, I'll tolerate this bullshit as long as he keeps all the half naked men around to balance the scales. This is random, but as I'm getting older I think I'm kinda over gore. Like growing up I loved horror movies and I watched them religiously and it never bothered me, but I haven't even gone to see The Green Inferno yet because I know it's just gonna be gross, and that's how I felt watching Mr. March's backstory. |

I haven't watched it yet (the new season starts here tomorrow) but it sounds like a self-indulgent mess. You can tell from interviews and stuff that Lady Gaga is putting a lot of effort into this role but I doubt I'll be able to take her seriously. I'll give the first episode a try though. Maybe it'll be better than I'm expecting. This is random, but as I'm getting older I think I'm kinda over gore. Like growing up I loved horror movies and I watched the religiously and it never bothered me, but I haven't even gone to see The Green Inferno yet because I know it's just gonna be gross, and that's how I felt watching Mr. March's backstory. I've always liked supernatural/psychological horror over gore. Even in slasher movies I usually like the suspense of people trying to escape from the killer more than the actual death scenes. |
