I wasn't sure if it would be awful or not so I gave it a go. The first episode was really good. It was sufficiently really effing weird and a bit creepy. Also, it looks like Dylan McDermott is going to be nude at least twice in most episodes. So, that's not horrible. Did anyone else watch it?

I was going to but couldn't because my DVR doesn't let us watch anything while 2 other shows are recording, so I just watched South Park.
I'll have to catch a rerun

For some reason I was thinking the dude from X-Files, but he's hot too. Plus, I've always heard good things about FX shows.

This doesn't start over here for another month. We're always so slow.
Looking forward to it though.

So, I just finished the first episode, and I was surprised to find that it was really good! Not only is the plot really interesting, but the show is actually pretty fucking creepy. I definitely plan on tuning in tomorrow night.
Also, I'm amazed at Bianca Lawson's ability to believably portray a teenager 14 years after Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Tonight's episode was really good. I noticed in the credits that James Wong is an executive producer, so that explains why it's so creepy.

This show is crazy good. Thank god there's good, original ideas still floating around Hollywood. Especially on TV. It officially has me hooked until at least the end of Season 1. Great show. Plus. Kate Mara I love thee:

Last night's episode was really sad and not just because Kate Mara bit the dust I really felt bad for Moira. This whole episode just got worse and worse for her. This show has a great way of making you feel for these people and their backstories. (Not the Harmons. Those people are terrible) It's only been three episodes but I feel like I've been watching this show for a while. I don't think I've ever connected with a show so quickly. What does that say about me? lol If this show ended today, it would be in my top 10 favorite shows of all time. I really really enjoy it. My favorite characters are Moira, Constance, Adelaide (even though she wasn't in this episode), and Tate (even though he was barely in this episode). You know how every movie or TV shows has at least one character you relate to, and they usually end up becoming your favorite? I relate to Tate. And once again, the fuck does that say about me? lol Seriously though. Great show. If there is still anyone on this board who hasn't seen it (I know Burke you said it's not out yet. But if it is out for you) do yourself a favor and watch it. Great show.

I enjoyed last night's episode too, though it did lack on the creep factor. I totally jumped when Larry came out of nowhere and hit Hayden in the face with the shovel though, ngl.
And while we're already in the spoiler section, I'll just go ahead and say that I did not feel bad for her at all. In fact, I was kind of relieved. I actually felt sympathetic towards Ben because even though he went behind Vivien's back, he was trying to do the right thing for his family and she was just going to fuck it all up. It was really interesting to find out Moira's ( and part of Constance's) back story. Though, I'm still not sure about her. She is obviously fucking with Ben. I'm just looking forward to discovering more pieces to the missing puzzle that is Constance, Moira and Tate. I knew Larry wasn't to be trusted though. That guy seriously gives me the creeps, ever since True Blood. Speaking of which, the actress who plays Tara's mom on True Blood and Ben's boring psychiatric patient from last night's episode was on Ringer Tuesday night too. Bitch is all over the place.

I'm awful at remembering when shows are on. I'll probably just wait and get the series on DVD so I can watch it all at my own leisure.
On a related note, I finally remembered to watch SMG's new show again tonight. I had forgotten every week since the first episode, lol.

Just saw the advert for this. Anybody fancy summarising the plot for me? I would go to Wikipedia but there's a chance I'll read too far and stumble across spoilers.

Family of 3 moves to LA to start a new life, but the house they move into has a terrible history. They soon find out their new home isn't as nice as it seems.
