We've had two huge eartquakes on back to back days, so we're on earthquake watch today and people are PANICKING. Costco is a mad house with people buying up all the water and supplies. I literally just sat through the bigger one like.. I couldn't remember if I was supposed to get under a desk or what cause all the earthquake drills in school have been replaced with school shooter drills. So I just sat there and accepted that I was soon about to fall into my garage. People keep making San Andreas fault line jokes, but it wasn't even that, it was a smaller fault to the east. If it was a 7.0+ on San Andreas, Astro and I would be dead.

I like Bill Burr's idea. Get your pilot's license and your own helicopter so that you can get the hell out of California at a moments notice if shit is about to go down.
I just assume all people from California are rich and can afford to own a helicopter btw.

The first one we had the day before wasn't too bad. But the one we had a day after was pretty strong. I remember looking at my bookshelf and it was rocking to the point where it was gonna fall so instead of running for safety I went to hold it back. It was actually the strongest quake I'd ever felt I think. And then it was followed by a couple of aftershocks. But yeah, my house was definitely rocking during that second one. I was about to die with my comic books.
