I had one of the Monster Hunter games on PSP back in the day. I really liked it, I just wasn't very good at it.
How's the new one?

I've been playing with friends, so that's made it fun, but if you weren't going to, it'd probably be a terrible experience lol. The monsters are so hard to take on alone.

There was one part where I was tracking this dodo bird monster through the jungle and I saw the t-rex coming on my map. I climbed up onto this cliff and crept towards the edge because I was curious to see it up close, but as it got closer on the mini map, I didn't see it. Turns out it was actually on the upper level I had climbed up to and was walking right up behind me asdfhlkjeflahe. I almost jumped outta my skin and HELD onto those vines for my life.  |

The monsters are so hard to take on alone. They were on the PSP too, that's why I was so bad at it. I'd always be genuinely surprised when I actually managed to take down any of the big ones 💀 |
