They could've done interpromotional matches. They could've had the GMs selecting their trade picks. Anything to make this feel like the crossover special it was hyped as. Instead, we got a regular episode of Raw with the commentors mentioning that the new Raw Superstars had been traded from SmackDown in passing.

This really is one of the most poorly written/directed/produced episodes of Raw I've seen in ages. Apparently Raw got the WCW writers in the shake-up |
