I'm not even really a fan of the feud but I would put it on last because at least it's better than the other two options.
Owens/Rollins doesn't feel like a main event. The only interesting thing about it for me is the possibility of HHH interfering or Y2J doing something funny like try to break into the cell.

I had no interest in the feud/storyline and it didn't really warrant being inside the cell but all things considered, that was a good match.
I'll probably be able to cut and paste that comment for the other two cell matches.
