I feel like Lita will be the obvious choice, and while they always told a story, I have to say that I was the most invested in Trish's feud with Jazz.
Jazz was so aggressively vicious in a way that other "monster" heels like Beth Phoenix or Nia Jax just are not. She tore right through Trish in most of their encounters, sometimes beating her to a pulp before Trish ever even had a chance. But that's what made it so great as their feud went on. Trish evolved into a formidable opponent for Jazz, and Jazz got her pissed to the point that she had enough, and she was the one beating Jazz's ass.
I'll never forget how mortified Trish looked after the Chicago Street Fight with Victoria, where after getting her ass kicked, she looked up and a returning Jazz was standing over her.
Only the baddest.

I think the Mickie feud was the best single storyline but I voted for Lita due to the variety that one brought over the years. The Hardys and Lita/T&A feud to then fighting over the women's title and main eventing RAW and then their last match together was great. Plus we got to see the feud with both face/heel alignments.
I just wish they had a 1 on 1 WrestleMania match.

Hm Molly is my favourite but the storyline was horrible. I did like the Molly and Gail alliance and them trying to kill Trish.
Jazz was amazing, the Stephanie stuff was I think my first favourite story, Lita was obviously epic and to be fair the Victoria stuff was good too, but I was most invested in the Mickie James angle. Just an amazingly consistent angle.
