Getting an ending that doesn't live up to your expectations.
I didn't even get to fight the guy that's been causing trouble for me throughout the whole game, I ended up facing the boss from the previous game that somehow resurrected himself. Then when I beat him, I couldn't return to the planet I just saved.
Great game overall though, so I can't be too disappointed.
