Wow.
I just saw an advertisement for his new album a day or two ago and thought he didn't look good. I hadn't heard about him having cancer though.

I'm absolutely heartbroken.
David Bowie has been my favourite solo artist for the longest time, and both Hunky Dory and The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars are two of my all time favourite albums. On top of that, Labyrinth is one of my favourite movies, and I literally bought it on blu-ray three days ago. Whilst watching it a couple of days ago, I was talking about how they've been planning a sequel, and how I was confident that he'd reprise his role as Jareth if they asked him. Obviously that won't happen.
It doesn't seem real.

I wonder if he filmed a cameo for Zoolander 2. I've heard conflicting reports. His cameo was one of the highlights of the original.
