You really haven't heard of Theme Hospital? That game was hilarious.
I would always have the most poorly run hospital. People would come in with mild illnesses and not make it out alive because I didn't bother to give them the correct treatment.

Tell me you guys have at least heard of Theme Park World? It's made by the same company.
I never built enough toilets or trash cans in my park so people would always be shitting and puking everywhere and it would eventually drive away all the customers.
