I really liked the 9th Doctor. I was disappointed he didn't get to stick around longer. I really need to watch some of the older ones though. I've seen a few episodes with the 6th Doctor and nothing before that.

I've never seen a single episode of Doctor Who. I thought it was just some wierd SyFy channel show that started a couple years ago. Don't like the new guy, don't know any of the others before the last one. I thought he was the original.  And I only know the theme song because of the Family Guy Star Wars parody hyperspace joke. I had never gotten that joke until like 2 weeks ago. Is this show a big deal or something? |

I really liked the 9th Doctor. I was disappointed he didn't get to stick around longer. I really need to watch some of the older ones though. I've seen a few episodes with the 6th Doctor and nothing before that. 9 is one of my favourites. It's a shame that Christopher Eccleston has pretty much ruled out returning for the 50th anniversary multi-Doctor story. 6's stories were a low point in the shows run. He had some awful episodes, a terrible costume and some of the worst assistants; but Colin Baker did a terrific job of playing the Doctor. Is this show a big deal or something? It's a huge deal here. It started in 1963 and the only time it's been off the air since it's debut was during the 90s (although we had a TV Movie in 1996 that was set in San Francisco). |
