My top 3:
1. Jimi Hendrix’s cover of Bob Dylan’s “All Along The Watchtower”
2. Nirvana’s cover of David Bowie’s “The Man Who Sold The World”
3. Soundgarden’s cover of Black Sabbath’s “Into the Void”

I like the original better than the cover in both of these examples but I still love all four songs.
(I count this as a partial cover)

I always pictured having a gay Romy & Michele moment w/ this song.

Black Sabbath who?
I also like Motorhead's version of Enter Sandman although it's not as good as the original.
As far as worst covers, I really don't like Johnny Cash's version of Rusty Cage.

This is the only version of this song that I like.

This cover is great but so creepy and haunting.

Rihanna's cover of Tame Impala's Same Old Mistakes from her new album. Both songs are great.
