It seems like just yesterday she was little Jackie on That ’70s Show. And now Mila Kunis has been crowned as the Sexiest Woman Alive.
At least that’s what the dapper folks over at Esquire have decided in their down time from teaching us how to tie the perfect four-in-hand tie knot and what month is the most appropriate one to enjoy that impertinent bottle of Riesling in your wine rack.
You’ll get no argument from us about Kunis’ easy-on-the-eyes sexiness. The 29-year-old, who was born in Ukraine and moved to California at age 7, has been bewitching audiences for a while now with her dark-eyed looks, frisky sense of on-screen humor (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Ted), and ever-impressive, capital-A acting chops (Black Swan).
Being crowned Sexiest Woman Alive isn’t Kunis’ first moment in the men’s magazine spotlight. In 2011, GQ named her “Knockout of the Year” and Men’s Health named her the one of the “100 Hottest Women of All Time.” Meanwhile, FHM ranked her number 9 on its 2012 Hot 100 List. And, for silly award completists, she was also a third place finisher on Maxim‘s 2012 Hot 100 List. Seriously, who knew all of these dude magazines were so award crazy?
Esquire has an interview and a video of Kunis over on its web site. And, of course, there’s also a gallery of pouty, coy, and semi-racy photos of the woman whom they call “the most beautiful, opinionated, talkative, and funny movie star that we’ve all known since she was nine.” Just curious: Wasn’t there a less creepy way to say that? Anyway, Kunis now joins the elite company of such silver screen sirens as Charlize Theron, Halle Berry, Kate Beckinsale, and Scarlett Johansson in Esquire‘s pantheon of Sexiest Woman Alive.
