Ah well, I was hoping they would work something out, but I guess not.
You do not have to say goodbye to her as a performer, Zin. Just follow her activities in the indies and entertainment like I do with Angel. It makes a suitable replacement for wasting two hours watching a usually lousy Impact.

I meant bye from TNA not as a performer. I will continue to follow Velvet on the indies and whatever else she does. But it's not right and does suck how both Angelina and Velvet went out of TNA.
Not even going to bother watching Impact tonight.

Don West, Shelley, Angelina, and now Velvet have all exited within just the past few months. You are literally looking at some of the centerpiece entertainment people in the fed just a few years ago.
The product has never really been right since Hogan and Bisc came in. No wonder the American ratings have floundered.

VELVET SKY-TNA UPDATE

We may not have seen the last of Velvet Sky in TNA after all.
Several TNA sources confirmed that shortly after Sky received her release paperwork from TNA, she received a call from TNA President Dixie Carter.
According to one source, Carter contacted Sky to discuss what it would take to bring her back into the fold.
There's been no word on the two sides negotiating a new deal, but there were forces in TNA (possibly Carter) who were upset upon learning Sky had been released officially, citing the recent music video she had just shot through the company for Montgomery Gentry and the time TNA had put into developing her as a personality for the company.
As of this writing, Sky has not signed a new deal.

IMO I don't think Velvet should bother re-signing with a company that didn't try to keep her in the 1st place.
Also she has more opportunities now without being in TNA.
