Bummer. For a second I thought this thread was about the HBO show.

Mila lost her "watching for Mila" priveliges to me with the abomination that was Max Payne. That was pre-watching for Mila days. She was still just "the chick from that 70's Show" Even I won't watch that. If you want to see Mila and Mark Wahlberg in a good movie together, go see Ted. Bummer. For a second I thought this thread was about the HBO show. I was going to just name the thread Oz but didn't for that very reason. Edit: But while we're making the connection and I brought up something Family Guyish: It's amazing how that clip made all three of our comments come together in one beautiful circle. EDIT EDIT:Bummer. For a second I thought this thread was about the HBO show. In the family section tho?

It looks a bit crappy but the cast is good.

Mila Kunis AND Rachel Weisz are in this? I may have to give it a watch.

Mariah Carey made the theme song for this: I don't really like it

Bout to go see this. I haven't seen or heard any reviews, I still have high hopes. But I'm scared this may give me Alice In Wonderland flashbacks.

It was good. Could've been better but was still really fun. And a lot funnier than I would've thought.
James Franco is the worst part of the movie, by far, and one little bit at the end where Sam Raimi got a little too Evil Dead/Drag Me To Hell on us, but other than that I liked it.
Rachel Weisz and Michelle Williams were really good, Mila was hit and miss. But Zach Braff and whoever the little girl was totally steal the movie. They're probably some of my favorite characters from any movie and live up to the Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Lion as lovable sidekicks.
Overall it's a movie that is brilliant in some points, and meh in others at the worst. Complete opposite of Tim Burton's Alice monstrosity. If you like the Wizard of Oz, or any of the people in the movie, go see it. You'll have a good time.
Also, the Mariah song fit the credits and the movie. So I take back my criticisms.

Loved this. I actually thought James Franco was pretty great, as was Michelle obviously. Watching in 3D didn't annoy me which is a first because it actually helped the movie.
