I personally love crossovers between two franchises, it's great to see dream matches come to life on the screen (and on the page).
My favourite crossover has to be the Power Rangers in Space episode Shell Shocked, which has the Power Rangers square off with (and then team up with) the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Unfortunately it features the God awful Venus, but it's still pretty awesome.
Dragon Ball crossed over with Dr. Slump for a few episodes in the General Blue Saga, but I've never watched Dr. Slump, so I couldn't really tell if it was supposed to be epic. I'm sure it was though.
Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe should have been awesome.
I'm really looking forward to the upcoming crossover comic between Doctor Who & Star Trek: The Next Generation.

I enjoyed the Curb Your Enthusiasm season that had the Seinfeld reunion story arc.
Freddy vs. Jason was good although a little disappointing. That was never going to be able to live up to the insane level of hype it had though.
I thought both Alien vs. Predator movies sucked even though I loved the idea.

The biggest letdown ever was the DC vs. Marvel comics they did back in the 90s. Aquaman defeating Namor? Seriously? Ridiculous. Not to mention they had Green Lantern lose to Silver Surfer aka. Galactus' sexual servant. Then some of the match ups were just dumb.
Superman vs. Hulk? Everyone knows that if Superman were to take on anyone in the Marvel universe it should be Thor. Otherwise it's just ridiculously unfair.
Jubilee vs. Robin Spider-man vs. Superboy
Honestly, they should have just done JLA vs. Avengers.
Then the best thing about the Spider-man and Transformers crossover was the toys. The Venom transformer which was basically just a ripoff of the Batmobile was pretty great.
On the positive side Marvel Zombies vs. The Army of Darkness is possibly the greatest thing to ever happen to ink and paper.
I just realized that came off a little nerdy, so I'll just claim not to read comics to remedy it.

That episode of Scooby Doo where they tried to help Batman and Robin catch Penguin and Joker always scared me when I was little.

I remember The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour being brilliant. I really had no idea that Fairly OddParents & The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius would crossover so well. I need to get it on DVD.
Super Smash Bros. Melee is my favourite crossover game. Kicking Mario's plumber ass with Mewtwo was (and still is) awesome.
Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing is great too. I hope the next Sega All-Stars game is a fighting game. I can't wait to kick the shit out of Tails.
I'm really looking forward to Cartoon Network: Punch Time Explosion XL. The super serious Samuria Jack in the same place as goofy Johnny Bravo? This is going to be awesome. Speaking of Cartoon Network crossovers, remember the little adverts with Cartoon Network characters socialising? They were fantastic.

Anyone remember the old cartoon network show 'Cow and Chicken'? In it they had a short called 'I Am Weasel' but there was an episode where him and the dumb baboon (I don't remember his name, but I think he wore a shirt that said I R Baboon...it might've been Baboon lol), and they were at this retirement home with a bunch of old cartoon characters. Like the Flinstones, the Rubbles, and a bunch of the Hannah-Barbara (?) characters. Though it's a little fuzzy cause I was in grade school when it was on tv. That show was so dirty tho.

the dumb baboon (I don't remember his name, but I think he wore a shirt that said I R Baboon...it might've been Baboon lol) That's because his name was I.R. Baboon, lol. And I vaguely remember an episode (or it may have been an advert) that sounds similar to the one you're talking about. Quick, to Google!

Oh, I'm glad you mentioned that btw. Because it just helped me remember that excellent crossover between Johnny Bravo & Scooby Doo.

Speaking of Flintstones the Jetsons/Flintstones crossover was great too.
