Out of all the ones already mentioned, I would co-sign with Drawn Together, Married... with Children and My Name Is Earl (but only for Jaime Pressly). I really wish Married... with Children didn't remind me so much of my family though.
In that same sitcom ballpark, The New Adventures of Old Christine is really funny to me too. And I don't really know if it counts, but Tosh.0 is my shit. I watch it and giggle from beginning to end.
