Who should play Elizabeth Taylor? Megan Fox Joins Lindsay Lohan In Hunt for Liz Taylor Role
Lindsay Lohan isn't the only high-profile actress seeking to play Elizabeth Taylor for Lifetime. Larry Thompson, who is producing Liz and Dick about the relationship between Taylor and her husband Richard Burton, says that Megan Fox is also in talks for the role.
"I've been talking to Lindsay Lohan directly, and with her reps, and have been in conversations with other actresses, including Megan Fox," said Thompson, who insists that it is less of a disenchantment with Lohan than it is just being very specific about finding the right actress for the role. "It's a very serious selection. It's like casting for Hollywood royalty."
A source on the project says that Lindsay is still the frontrunner but that her probation status is "a complication." We should know who wins soon enough though; Thompson says he wants the project to begin shooting by spring.

Didn't they both try to play Carrie? Neither will get the role this time either.

Agreed. And despite Fox looking real nice, neither really should.
They don't project the right feeling for the role.

I didn't know they were making a parody of Elizabeth Taylor's life. I vote for Megan Fox.

This to descend into another Michelle/Marilyn argument please. With me watching from the sidelines this time.
I vote LL though. Megan Fox isn't someone I've ever liked, dating all the way back to Hope & Faith.

Am I the only one who finds it hilarious that their careers have reverted to a real life version of Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen?

She should win an Oscar for her eyebrows alone. Can you even win an Oscar for a TV movie? I don't even know.
