Power Rangers premiered 25 years ago today! What were some of your favorite moments?
When I was a kid I thought it was so cool when Kimberly fired Tommy's Dragon Dagger from her Power Bow to destroy Guitardo. 🤓

When I was a kid I used to go to a childcare thing in the summer holidays because my parents both worked and it wasn't fair to ask relatives to take care of my brother and I for 6 weeks when they had children of their own to look after. Anyway, at lunch time we would get picked up by my Grandad and we'd go to his house where we would watch Power Rangers while eating bacon sandwiches. To this day, whenever I watch In Space or Lost Galaxy, that feeling of nostalgia comes rushing back to me.
As for favourite moments, I think the Quantum Ranger's debut in Time Force is one of the coolest things that ever happened on the show. If we're talking exclusively Mighty Morphin though, then I have fond memories of my cousins and I walking around repeating, "Hail Lord Zedd" after we watched this:

When I did a rewatch a few years ago, this scene actually made me tear up lol. I Will Win was the best of the MMPR fight songs. And wig, this was iconic: When the Kimberly clone tricked the real Trini I was SHOOK.  |

My only memory of a specific scene is from the movie.
It reminded me of Optimus Prime's death scene in the Transformers movie which was basically the saddest moment of my childhood. Looking back at this though it's so ridiculously over the top that I'm surprised it made me sad even as a 7 year old.

The Christmas episode when Alpha 5 won't shut up about being lonely so Zordon is just like fuck it I'll kidnap some kids. That it wasn't even a big deal to anyone was hilarious. The whole evil Green Ranger arc. When Kimberly's purse was turned into a monster.  |

When Kimberly's purse was turned into a monster. omg the monster they made out of her lipstick was one of the best, too. And one of the best Zord fights. It was rare they’d take them on without immediately forming the Megazord. |
