Duke Nukem - As a tongue-in-cheek Machete style action movie.
Silent Hill: The Room - There was a Silent Hill movie but I mean one based on this specific game.
Call of the Dead - Horror movie directed by George A. Romero and starring Sarah Michelle Gellar, Robert Englund, Danny Trejo and Michael Rooker playing themselves and fighting off zombies on an abandoned film set.

Call of the Dead - Horror movie directed by George A. This is clearly the most logical and needs to happen a-s-a-p. The whole Batman Arkham Asylum/City concept should be a movie as well.

Doom - the movie starring The Rock & Karl Urban was a good sci-fi horror movie, but it wasn't Doom. The only thing that was anything like Doom was the five minute FPS scene, which was pretty awesome. I hope once Doom 4 comes out and gets the franchise back on track, they try for a second movie.
Star Fox - I'm suprised this hasn't happened yet. Nintendo have four games that could easily be adapted into a movie franchise. Star Fox, Star Fox 64, Star Fox Adventures, and Star Fox: Assault. If I had to choose just one of them to be adapted, it would have to be Adventures.
