Scarlet Witch looks AMAZING.  I love her costume in this so much more than that ugly ass outfit Joss put her in in Avengers. And when she flew...  Captain America and Winter Soldier giving Iron Man a beat down like he owes them lunch money. |

I thought Winter Soldier was surprisingly good so I'll watch this one.
Would I have to watch Avengers 2 first though? Is the story somehow connected in any real important way?

Since Scarlet Witch is gonna be in it you should watch it since it introduces her. I'm not sure if Vision is gonna be in this but Avengers 2 also introduced him. But as far as the overall plot of Civil War, it's probably not a necessity. |

Cate Blanchett's 'Thor: Ragnarok' Villainous Role Revealed?Cate Blanchett will be playing a villainous character in the upcoming movie Thor: Ragnarok, the third film in Chris Hemsworth's Marvel franchise, and new details about the character have been revealed.
Cate will play "Hela, the Marvel comic book character who is the ruler of Hel and the realm of Niflheim," according to Geek.com. It was also reported that her character will be in cahoots with Tom Hiddleston's Loki.
