I found this interesting article.
www.cagesideseats.com/2011/9/2/2390634/10-women-in-wrestling-used-worse-than-gail-kim
One month has been removed from Gail Kim's infamous "exit" from the WWE, and she still has yet to give the IWC some space. While many feel Gail is doing right by endlessly bad-mouthing the company she still employed to over the Internet, it's actually not right. It's not smart either. She should have done her business in a discrete and harmless manner. Now she must wait until her contract is up, and if her motive is to rejoin Impact Wrestling, it would take 90 additional days after that. I have a good feeling she made a mistake by deciding to go out the way she did, even though she won't admit it. I strongly disagree that WWE intended to drop the ball with her. In fact, there are other women out there that I am certain have a tough time in their company, but they know the nature of the business and are willing to take sacrifices to help the business as a whole. Not Gail apparently.
1. Cookie
I'll go with a pretty obvious choice first. Becky Bayless A.K.A. Cookie's contract with Impact had expired just last week and they did not have interest to renew her. She was rather in disbelief because she was expecting them to renew it. While Gail was competing on a weekly basis, Cookie was only booked sporadically to look like a Snooki wannabe and be a valet to Robbie E. Before her time of judgment, Bayless stated she wanted to wrestle more and that her dream match would be for the Knockout Championship. Gail is out of her mind if she believes that Cookie was booked better than her, because she didn't even get to wrestle at all for Impact. I guess all Knockouts should have the right to complain if they get paid $60,000 less than a ring announcer that contributes absolutely nothing to the wrestling aspect of the show per year, but at least they all know how to be loyal to their company, even if they got to be part of some tasteless booking, or not get booked at all.
2. Rosa Mendes
Milena Roucka had not accomplished much after being a Diva Search contestant, but she has been on the roster much longer than Gail has. She made her debut on RAW way before Gail made her return to Smackdown. Roucka came off as this plant that would interfere from the front row and get involved in Beth Phoenix's matches at some capacity, usually resulting in her getting escorted to the backstage area. A stable I guess was temporarily formed with Rosa, Beth, and Santino Marella, but never held together. Other than being Zack Ryder's valet in WWECW in its latter years, Rosa has become irrelevant since then. Not to mention she's NEVER won a one-on-one match. Ever. Not even one. On Smackdown nowadays she is often fed to Kelly Kelly. Rosa remains mum on her direction, so if there's one Diva that I would wish well despite being unimpressive in the ring, it's her.
3. & 4. Sarita & Rosita
I don't even know where to begin with this tag team flop. Rosita was signed to form a tag team with Sarita to contend for the KO Tag Team Championship (please retire these props already!). Their first and only title win came at the PPV, Victory Road. The match had a lot of embarrassing botches while their victory was overshadowed by an extremely distorted Winter heel turn. Sarita & Rosita made the cover of _Super Luchas_ following that victory, but the only times they would defend their titles would be if TNA felt the need to break up a relationship on the opposing team. They had no material when they held the Tag Team Titles, yet when Brooke and Tara beat them for the titles, on free TV for that matter, Brooke and Tara got matches, feuds, development, the works. That makes me wonder right there, why make these women champs in the first place? Not like Mexican America do them justice or serve them any purpose. They're hanging in there at least. Especially Sarita with her facial paralysis and all.
5. Madison Rayne
The Knockouts side of the list gets even more and more surprising from here on out. Some people are under the assumption that this will be about her desperate employment ventures, but it's not. Rayne actually is in a "fall from grace" phase in her current stint on Impact. After a long reign as Knockout Champion, she lost her title at Lockdown this year to a one-armed Mickie James in less than a minute. She's also never won a match since March, and sometimes when TNA decides to push former Divas such as Mickie or Tara, it's at her expense. Gee, I don't know what's worse, getting chased around the ring with a large spider or picking up hard fought wins occasionally on Superstars (and people have said Tara was made into a laughingstock). Gail outta know since she admits to still watch Impact along with Tyson Kidd and Dolph Ziggler (NICKYYY!). Since Sacrifice, Madison has only been used occasionally. Even though Gail wasn't booked for RAW every week this year, she wasn't buried every week like Maddie Rayne either.
6. Maryse
Maryse was doing a bang up job on Smackdown in 2008. She went from five second "You're watching Friday Night Smackdown" vignettes in fractured English to becoming a credible Divas Champion in the title's early stages. She had an excellent heel personality and I didn't mind at all when she was booked to beat Melina and Gail on occasion, because at the time she was really proficient in the ring. But then injuries caught up to her and thus she forgot a lot of her in ring craft, such as...I don't know, pinning your opponent when she's not by the ropes? Upon returning from injuries, all she's done was appear as a host for NXT, change boyfriends every month, and whenever she competes nowadays, she most likely loses. Gail's treatment certainly can't be any worse than that. Gail was Daniel Bryan's love interest at one point but their were no cheesy antics going on between them like Maryse and Ted Dweebiase. See what I did there?
7. Velvet Sky
I can think of thirty or forty different instances about how TNA has dropped the ball with her, and that's strange, because she's the only non-Diva that they try with every fiber of their being to keep in their promotion. Ever since she was awarded a "contract for any kind of match she wanted" in that dumb, gimmicky, title prestige killing match last year, the "Lock-Box Challenge", and that the match she chose wasn't even for the Knockout Championship, it was a dead giveaway that TNA was never serious about making her a contender. She would have gotten the axe a long time ago if TNA didn't see her as "eye candy". It's a mystery if she even either knows it or not. Read results from any given week this year and chances are she ends up getting attacked or losing a match. Now she's recently been repackaged as a "bully victim" that nobody is really buying into. She is still waiting for her day to come, but what does Gail seem to care about their homegrown talent? Gail should be at least thankful that WWE didn't give her Velvet Sky kind of booking.
8. Tamina
Tamina debuted last year along with Jimmy and Jey Uso to feud with the Hart Dynasty in what we thought was going to be a revival of the tag team division at the time. I still remember their first few attacks on the Harts and we all got the impression that we were going to get a great, memorable feud on our hands. The Usos never managed to capture the gold and that was when WWE decided to make Tamina a love interest to Santino Marella. Oh brother, yet another talented powerhouse Diva wasted on Mr. Funny Man Santino. They even had Tamina pretending to play a ukelele in one of their promos. Their relationship slowly faded as Tamina was never booked to compete until she was drafted over to Smackdown. And yes, even she suffered a one on one loss to Kelly Kelly. Gail too lost to Kelly two years ago on Superstars, but obviously in more than three minutes. She's likely to become relevant one day though as a credible brawny Diva with a title reign or two.
9. Angelina Love
Yes, you read correctly. With countless injuries and corny finishers aside, Angelina is a five time Knockout Champion, and we might not see number six anytime soon. Her last few title losses were in triple threat and fatal four way bouts where she wasn't even the Knockout that got pinned in them. By now she shouldn't even be anybody's custody. The Beautiful People are beaten to death, and this current Winter angle is even worse. Yet I kinda don't want it to end if it means she'll slide towards the bottom with the rest of the originals. If Gail thinks she's in a worse position than a woman with a crappy WCW gimmick where she pretends to be a zombie, has more plastic on her face than Cody Rhodes, and lost like a total idiot to a limp Velvet Sky for trying to order ODB and Jacqueline to pound her, then that's the exact gimmick Gail deserves. Witnessing yet another Diva come to TNA and get the queen treatment, making the hard-working originals look like morons, is that what you people really want?
10. Melina
Now we all agree. Melina had to get released one of these years. We couldn't stand to hear about her backstage issues, the intimacy among other wrestlers, and her awkward relationship with John Morrison. Many believed that whenever she was pushed out of the title picture or had to job, it was well deserved. I would have suggested Melina to go to rehab for her behavioral issues before going on the verge of releasing her, but her release seemed like it had more to do with Morrison than it had to do with her. Reports surfaced that releasing Melina was punishment for Morrison and that they're starting to drop the ball with him (such as his problems with Trish Stratus). Melina was still a great wrestling commodity to have in the WWE as well as Gail. With Gail resorting to go on an all out Twitter assault on the WWE for "under-utilizing" her, this made Melina look like even more of a professional, and as weird as it seems, it feels right to wish her well more so than Gail, because Melina thanked the people that helped her get there and didn't necessarily burn any bridges, despite what some "reports" have read. If I had the choice to bring either Melina or Gail back, I'd definitely lean more towards Melina now.

This guy actually makes some good points and I agree with most of what was written.
