I'm just going to try and name my one favourite from each show. I could name dozens for some of these though.
The "Cape Feare" episode of The Simpsons might be the greatest thing in the history of television. The Simpsons used to be so great.
"The Immaculate Election" for Arrested Development.
"The Group" for Curb Your Enthusiasm.
"The Limo" for Seinfeld.
"Hush" for Buffy.
"Flight into Terror" for Father Ted.
"Miami Twice" for Only Fools And Horses.
"American Idol Parody Clip Show" for Drawn Together.
"Goodbye, Michael" for The Office (US).
EDIT: "The Pancake Batter Anomaly" for Big Bang Theory.
Too many South Park episodes to mention. The one where the town loses internet access and everyone goes crazy. The Michael Jackson episode. The one where Timmy uses steroids to help win at the Special Olympics. The Fishsticks episode. Any Randy Marsh episode. Etc.

Too many South Park episodes to mention. I agree, most episodes from season 1-6 are awesome. Especially 'Pip' from season 4... they ripped us Englishmen good and proper. The one where Timmy uses steroids to help win at the Special Olympics. It was Jimmy. I dislike that episode because it stole the thunder from The Ringer.

B, I plan on watching the whole of Buffy soon. Hopefully I can add some more episodes to the two on my original list.

The two episodes you mentioned are from season five and six btw. I'm not sure how much you've watched, but the earlier seasons are a lot more fun imo. Before Dawn and back when Angel, Cordelia, Oz and Faith were around. And Spike was a bad guy. I feel like season five and on are kind of more up the same alley as Torchwood though. It's like they fully embraced their Sci-Fi-ness. And I can't remember if you said you've seen it or not, but Angel is more oriented towards that category as well.

I've seen the midday heavily edited version of Angel on SyFy.I used to watch Buffy when it first started but I didn't "get it". Possibly an age thing.
I watched on a semi-regular basis when Dawn first appeared. I remember a woman looking for "the key". "The Body" and "Tabula Rasa" are just the two episodes that really stick out in my mind, don't know if they're from the same season as "the key" thing.
Torchwood hasn't always been heavy on Sci-Fi. Season 2 held back on it a bit towards the end of the season to show the team having fun... they were only setting up for the tragedy at the end of it though.

Yeah, The Key storyline was season five. Probably the heaviest storyline on the show, and one of my favorites. Sarah Michelle Gellar really went for the Emmy that season. I think that's where they kind of jumped the shark though. It was hard to come back from that and make everything normal again, but I guess they didn't try to.

That was my favorite song from that episode. Well that and Going Through The Motions. And I'm Under Your Spell. And Wish I Could Stay. It was a really good episode. I never knew Anthony Head could sing tbh. You should probably check out Repo! The Genetic Opera too.

I currently have 'Rest in Peace', 'Walk Through the Fire' and 'Where Do We Go From Here?' on my iPod. You should probably check out Repo! The Genetic Opera too. Checked out a few songs from it this morning. I have no idea what the plot is but the scenes I watched were pretty fantastic.
