The Last of Us reminded me of this but it's always been the case that when I'm playing a game and I enter a room with a lot of weapons/ammo/health packs to collect rather than celebrating the fact and being grateful I always think to myself "oh shit, I'm about to be attacked by like 100 people when I walk out this room, aren't I?" Why else would the game be equipping me with all this stuff??
Another random game memory, I always tried to run away from Tails when I was playing Sonic 2, even though it was impossible. I would run one way then spin around quickly to try and trick him and get away. Sometimes he would disappear off the screen for a bit and I thought I was finally rid of him but the little shit would always find his way back.

I once traded my Pikachu from Pokemon Yellow to Pokemon Blue and gave it a Thunderstone to evolve it into a Raichu, and then when I got it back, it wouldn't follow me anymore, and it's safe to say that that's the biggest regret of my life so far.

They just announce the Kingdom Hearts 2.5 remix is coming out before part 3 next year, so I'm going back and beating 1.5 before that comes out. Something that's always bugged the living fuck out of me tho is this:  That is NOT okay. And they didn't even fix it. They completely upgrade the graphics to every cutscene, but they cant fix her hair? I can do it in freakin paint in like 5 seconds. Seriously Square Enix, wtf. |

It seems strange to think about now in a world where you have games like GTA where you can drive tanks, planes and all kinds of stuff while firing explosive weapons at people but at the time I remember thinking how awesome it was to have a game that let you punch people off of their motorbikes during a race.

I had this game for PS2 like 10 years ago and randomly thought of it just now for some reason. It was badass. It had some actual creepy moments like the early Resident Evil and Silent Hill games.
