Oh and if you ever feel like viewing one of the better Torchwood episodes then 'Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang' and 'Exit Wounds' are the ones for you. They also just happen to be the ones with James Marsters.

Gwen isn't nearly as annoying as she was in that one episode I watched. Two years away from the role seems to have done her a lot of good.

I wonder how long it'll take for RTD to force a musical episode into the line-up. I've convinced myself I really want a musical episode now. But only if James Marsters returns. Also this would be the episode I would want NPH in. And yeah, musical episodes have been done before but that doesn't put me off. The musical episode of Scrubs is my favourite one and I've heard good things about the Buffy musical.

A Comic Con attendee dressed as Captain Jack Harkness from Torchwood got an amazing birthday gift from actor John Barrowman, who serenaded the fan and then planted a big kiss on him.
Barrowman then returned to his seat and said, "Please don't have herpes."

Found this in the extras of the Season 1 DVD last night. I'm surprised I had never seen it before. It was filmed during the 'Captain Jack Harkness' episode that's set in 1941.
They should have had this in the actual episode but I guess they didn't really have time for it.

Esther is lovely. Out of all the new characters, she's my favourite.
I hate Rex. I hope he dies before the end.
I like Vera but not entirely sure about her being a permanent member.
And the BBC showed more of the gay sex scene than the straight one.

"You weren't impaled!" "You should have seen the other guy..." ... Jack's back on form.

Jilly is an interesting character. And 'The Soulless' are really creepy.

I just remembered this: The couple walking past the phonebox are The Doctor and Rose from Doctor Who, which means Torchwood is in the same Comicverse as the Buffy comics. Fingers crossed for a crossover one day.

Btw, I'm really glad Miracle Day has had nothing but human villains so far. In my opinion, the human villains in Torchwood are always much more sinister.

Weren't there rumors that Eliza Dushku would be involved with Miracle Day? It would be cool if she appeared as Faith.

Weren't there rumors that Eliza Dushku would be involved with Miracle Day? It would be cool if she appeared as Faith. She plays a character called Holly in an online animated spin-off. It would be much better if she was in the main show and it'd be even better if she was Faith. But the BBC are still trying to get rights to use Giles for a TV movie spin-off of Buffy called Ripper, so I don't think they'd be able to get any other Buffy character.

New episode airs tonight. Can't wait.
In the meantime I'm rewatching 'Countrycide', which imo is one of the better first season episodes.

I don't know if I've mentioned it yet, but I love the remix of the theme song they're using.
