Wow, 10 years later and I can still remember that main event. That was the night after WMX7, right?
I always loved how overnight Austin went from like the biggest badass ever to a coward who backed down from fights and was scared of The Rock. The same thing will probably happen to Cena when he eventually turns heel. He’ll go from “never back down, never quit” to suddenly ducking people like The Miz and Randy Orton. WWE really needs to learn to be a little more subtle when it comes to their heel/babyface character nuances.
Oh, and that Austin-HHH team was so badass. It sucked that HHH got injured shortly afterwards. I still say Cena & Orton should be this generations Two-Man Power Trip.
