4. Gail Kim (awesome wrestler, cool attires, terrible speaker)
5. Beth Phoenix (good wrestler...not a huge fan, but she's very good)
6. Maryse (bad wrestler, but very funny)
7. Kelly Kelly (better than people give her credit for)
8. Alicia Fox (she's grown on me a little since last year...she doesn't try as hard now. It's like she's having fun)
9. Brie Bella (solid but unspectacular)
10. Nikki Bella (same as Brie, but makes me cringe a little)
11. Rosa Mendes (I wish she'd go for the brunette hair she had a little while ago...blonde looks terrible and the black makes her look trashy)
12. Kaitlyn (meh)
13. Michelle McCool (talented, but I still dislike her)

Nikki Bella - the superior Bella...no matter what Burke says.
Kaitlyn - For a face she shows a lot of personality, something we don't see often.
Melina - I've always liked Melina.
Alicia Fox - After watching her in the 'ask the divas' segments, I adore her. She should be (possibly top) face though
Kelly Kelly - She really stepped it up in 2010. I think 2011 is gonna be her year.
Maryse - She's funny.
Layla - I want to see her as a face, I think it'd be more natural for her.
Brie Bella - Burke is lame.
Gail Kim - Very talented, I feel bad for her though.
Natalya - Talented, but she kind of bores me. They should've at least given her a decent storyline.
Eve Torres - If she had a personality she'd be ranked higher.
Rosa Mendes - The only reason she's not last is cause she makes me laugh.
Beth Phoenix - Talented, but boring. I want monster Beth back.
Michelle McCool - Talented, but boring. I want Michelle Orton back. And make her have a heel vs heel feud with Maryse.

[Burke]

1. Maryse - What more is there to say? (The main) one of 4 or 5 reasons why I still even watch. She can do comedy. She can do romance. She can play mentally unstable. She can even play the innocent victim as we’ve seen recently. And she is without doubt the greatest guest colour commentator of this generation.
2. Kelly Kelly - I love her. If she was around in the late 90’s/early-mid 2000’s she would probably be as big as Sable/Trish were. As it is, she’s the most popular in a diva division that is really, really weak right now.
3. Gail Kim - I’m putting her this high based on her past reputation and the fact that at one time she was my favourite diva.
4. Natalya - She’s boring me slightly right now as a babyface but I still think she’s the best female wrestler in either WWE or TNA.
5. Brie Bella - Clearly the Shawn Michaels of the team. I always saw the potential in the Bella’s as evil twins. They really need to steal my idea and put them in a stable with Maryse though.
6. Melina - Sadly, is probably going to be released in this years post WM cutting season even though she still has much more to offer than half of the divas who will survive.
7. Nikki Bella - Everyone knows she’s the Marty Jannetty of the Bella twins. Well, everyone except Astro, but come on, like he counts. ;D
8. Layla - I used to really like her. I suppose I can’t really blame her for selling her soul to the devilMichelle though if it means a bigger push/more TV time.
9. Kaitlyn - I liked Naomi better, but she’s alright, I guess.
10. Rosa Mendes - She’s kinda funny and I admire how she’s somehow managed to stay employed for so long.
11. Alicia Fox - I liked her as a babyface on ECW. I think she tries too hard and is awkward as a heel.
12. Beth Phoenix - Boring, boring, boring.
13. Eve - Everything about her is so awkward and ungraceful.
14. Michelle McCool - Yeah, no one else was taking the bottom spot.

[Angelwings]

1. Maryse - Quality speaker and fun character that needs to get away for good from being shackled to Ted.
2. The Bellas - Pretty subpar performers but hot.
3. Rosa Mendes - Another looks based pick. I can go for either brunette or black hair on her.
4. Beth - Possible best (on paper) all arounder in the division imo. Or at least she was. Hasn't been the same since getting Santina'ed. Which was a shame.
5. Layla - Improved gradually over time and more entertaining than her partner.
6. Kelly Kelly - I kind of gave up on her a couple of years back. Maybe I will have to take another look.
7. Natalya - I want to like her. And she is good in the ring. Her personality and speaking aren't there yet however.
8. Eve - Improving a bit and seems to try. Has personality identity problems though.
9. Gail Kim - Talented wrestler though overpraised on the IWC in that respect. I don't usually take naturally to people who aren't compelling outside of ringwork. I enjoyed her feud with Kong though. The E ought to go there if they want to have the best chance to get something really impactful out of her.
10. Melina - Had her moments but doesn't do it for me in any significant manner.
11. Kaitlyn - Though it's early so I'm more willing to change my mind if given a reason. Offhand, I preferred AJ.
12. Alicia - Don't see the point anymore.
13. Michelle McCool - Don't care for her but I have to say she's improved significantly over time.

Doing both lists, I find myself being glad to be primarily a TNA supporter lately. I quite miss the Trish/Lita/Molly/Victoria era in the E.

Maryse - Funny, hot, great character, hot, has great reactions, and did I mention she was hot?
Melina - My favorite from late 2006 to early 2010.
Kaitlyn - Love at first sight.
Gail Kim - Reminds me of the good ol' days.
Brie Bella - As mentioned many times, the better of the Bellas. If she wasn't a twin, she'd be the hottest Diva on the roster.
Alicia Fox - I too loved her on ECW. I wish they'd turn her face again and give her a chance.
Layla - I loved her with her poofy hair and strong British accent. Now she's whatever.
Nikki Bella - Ruins everything that could be great about Brie...... bitch
Eve Torres - .....

Michelle McCool - She's growing on me.... though not alot as you can see.

A.J. - I'm looking forward to win she gets to play the underdog in a decent feud (I would love to see her work with Melina)
Brie Bella - Always preferred Nikki, but I still really like Brie.
Kelly Kelly - fyi I called it when I said 2011 was gonna be her year. She's improved so much, she doesn't get the credit she deserves.
Alicia Fox - She's also really gifted in the ring, I would love to see her as a face though.
Gail Kim - Underutilized and she'll probably stay that way unfortunately.
Melina - I think they need to give her a bit more mic time cause I love bitchy Melina.
Maryse - She's hilarious.
Natalya - She makes a great face. Also she should be at the top of the division.
Beth Phoenix - I find her boring, but I really wanted her to face off with Kharma.
Rosa Mendes - I'll always have a soft spot for Rosa.
Eve - I don't hate her, I think if she were to at least get a decent character it would be easier to warm up to her. She's definitely improved leaps and bounds since her SD wrestling debut.
Kaitlyn - I need to see more of Kaitlyn before I can fully judge her.
Layla - Layla hasn't done much for me, but I think it's just cause she's always been stuck in someone's shadow.
Tamina - Meh.

As for Kharma, since she's gone she's not on my list.

Alicia Fox - At least she tries.
Kaitlyn - She can't wrestle but she was entertaining on NXT 3.

Nikki Bella - Holding Brie down.
Natalya - She can wrestle but I just tend to dislike almost everyone in the Hart family.

Eve - Surprisingly she's no longer at the bottom of my list. I still hate her with a passion but at least she has some kind of presence.
