I think Amanda Seyfried is pretty hot, but I don't think she's really considered a "sex symbol" like most actresses.
I can't think of any others right now.

I've always had a thing for the older ladies. I don't know why. Her and Michelle Pfieffer are the hottest 52 year olds I've ever seen in my life. Jennifer doesn't even look it. She could pass for late 30's. Michelle could still pass for late 40's. She does look like she has aged but she's still hotter than 85% of Hollywood
