Pretty much most teams in the Football League tend to chant 'We all hate Leeds Scum' when we're not even playing them, and in some cases not even in the same league as them. A bit bizarre. We also have loads of teams (Derby, Hull, Preston, Leicester, Bournemouth and the list goes on) that think we're big rivals, when we could honestly care less about them. I didn't realise Rangers were that hated? I've always liked them myself, dating from the McCoist, Gazza days. Who do you consider Leeds' biggest rivals? Is it Manchester United or one of the other Yorkshire clubs. Celtic and Aberdeen are the only clubs who truly hate us. The others are just mad because we're successful. If we stopped winning things they wouldn't care about us.

Then probably Chelsea, then maybe Sheffield United, but I think that's mainly down to their insistence on waving Galatasaray flags at us. Surprisingly we tend to get on with Arsenal quite well, which is weird when you consider thats the team we beat for the League Cup, the FA Cup and who we tended to rival for the League Title during our most successful period.

Forgot all about Sheff. Utd. You don't like Cardiff (does anyone) either, do you? Or am I thinking of someone else? I can't remember why I decided to like Arsenal either. I think it was some dumb reason like I liked their strip. My Grandfather put me on to Leeds when he showed me videos of the Rangers-Leeds 92-93 Champions League games.

I'm pulling for Manchester United, because Maryse was werqin' that jersey out on RAW. She was actually wearing a Liverpool shirt. They absolutely hate Manchester United. I hope this changes your allegiance here. Oh, okay. I'm pulling for them then.

Nah we don't really like them but I'm still not sure I'd put them down as a rival. Just a bunch of dicks I'd prefer to get one up on, like Milwall. I personally dislike Cardiff because of the Ridsdale connection. I warned loads of their fans when he took over but they were too busy goading about the future of Cardiff. I was laughing my tits off as they almost went under while the criminal that is Publicity Pete just walked away hands up in the air shouting "Not my fault, Honest Guv'!"

Wait...are you a Liverpool fan or a Lincoln fan? A bit of both really. I've supported Liverpool since pretty much the very beginning, (I supported a team before that but I'd rather not relive such terrible memories), Lincoln is my local team and they're easier to go and see. So I follow them too. I couldn't bring myself to support another Scottish team tbh. Do you go see them play often? I hate to say it, but Wednesday will only be the 4th Rangers game I've been to in 5 years...and 2 of them were testimonials.

I don't really have a 2nd team either, but I used to wish Scarborough well when they were going.
I admire Arsenal because of the football they play. Very entertaining. But if I'm honest, I'm generally not too bothered about games unless it's Leeds. And that goes for England too.

I've never seen Liverpool play because it's a bit of a trek for a football match. And I only watch Lincoln play if I'm in Lincoln on match day or if they're playing a team that I truely despise, eg Rotherham, Grimbsy or Notts County. I went to see them play Arsenal Reserves once, we got beat

Safe to say he's still not welcome in Leeds? Rangers are being taking over by a billionaire owner (a Glasgow guy, and a lifelong fan, thankfully). The deal should be complete before Christmas. It'll be nice to put an end to the financial problems we've had this past decade.

Let's just say a lot of people knew where he lived, had access to his mobile number etc. Still, he's not the most hated to Leeds fans surprisingly. We hold that for Harry 'Scum Bastard Fuck Wank Dick Munching Cock Weasel' Kewell. If that 'man' walked down the Leeds streets he'd soon find himself having to scrape his face off of a kurb. Be careful what you wish for Fan-Chairman wise. Ridsdale was also a lifelong Leeds fan. Say no more. Hopefully this works out well for you though.

He's somehow even more feminine than her though. I didn't know Ridsdale was a Leeds fan. That makes it all the more appalling how he could fuck up his own club like that. The guy sounds legit. He's not promising to splash the cash (which would have worried me). He's gonna pay off our £30M debt and invest £25M initially in the playing squad/youth development programme over the course of the next 5 years. That sounds sensible enough.

Kewell has a bitch for a wife though. Yeah, agreed. I didn't know Ridsdale was a Leeds fan. That makes it all the more appalling how he could fuck up his own club like that. I'd hate to sound like I'm defending him here, but the things that were done were done with the intention of making us better. But he's just an incompetent business man and gambled money that we'd not yet earned (He agreed to bank loans and so on with the intention that the money we got from The Champions League would be more than enough to keep everything fine and dandy.) Then we didn't qualify for the champs league. The ground breaking new stadium that was promised (That was going to be co-owned with Sony) disappeared, and our debts mounted to a then unbelievable, now unremarkable £100m. And we forgot to bring our paddle. I'd chalk it up to just really wanting his team to succeed, but then he crippled about another 5 teams after us. The mans a crook. An incompetent crook.

David Murray done the same thing to Rangers. He spent a crazy amount in the 90's (£12M for Tore Andre Flo, worst signing of all time) and we were successful (domestically anyway) but it caught up to us this past decade. At one point, I believe we were £80M in debt. If we didn't reach the Uefa Cup final in 2008 and qualify for the Champions League group stages these past 2 years we would have have entered administration long ago. Walter Smith's management skills essentially saved the club. David Murray isn't hated though. He has his critics, but he'll get a decent send off by most fans when he goes. He just tried to take us further than was realistically possible, giving the restrictions of a club playing in such a minor European league.

Tore Andre Flo? Ouch. We signed him sometime after and he was dogwank.
Luckily The Kaiser Chiefs paid his wages.
