It's almost here. I know everyone is pumped. And by everyone, I mean me. The most hated team (undoubtedly) in Scotland v the most hated team (arguably) in England. We really need to win this, a draw probably won't do. I've only seen Rangers qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions League once in my lifetime. A win here gives us a realistic chance this year. Please send good karma this way. Thank you and God bless.

the most hated team (arguably) in England. They did some sort of poll a year or two back. I can't remember the others but the most hated teams were: 1) Leeds United 2)Manchester United. I'm fine with that though, we love being hated, we love being Dirty Leeds. We're the heels of footie.

Arsenal & Leeds have always been the English sides I follow. I used to like Newcastle too, but not so much now, I think the way they treated Sir Bobby Robson turned me off of them. Agreed. It is great being the team everyone hates. I wouldn't have it any other way.

One of the 'fashinable' sides for celebs in the 70's that didnt follow it but lived in that area. Then when they had Zola, Di Matteo et all but still weren't successful. Probably only started becoming hated since they got money. Pretty much most teams in the Football League tend to chant 'We all hate Leeds Scum' when we're not even playing them, and in some cases not even in the same league as them. A bit bizarre. We also have loads of teams (Derby, Hull, Preston, Leicester, Bournemouth and the list goes on) that think we're big rivals, when we could honestly care less about them. I didn't realise Rangers were that hated? I've always liked them myself, dating from the McCoist, Gazza days.

I thought that this: was the game people were getting hyped up for? Wait...are you a Liverpool fan or a Lincoln fan? A bit of both really. I've supported Liverpool since pretty much the very beginning, (I supported a team before that but I'd rather not relive such terrible memories), Lincoln is my local team and they're easier to go and see. So I follow them too.
