LANA DEL REY TO COVER "ONCE UPON A DREAM" FOR 'MALEFICENT' SOUNDTRACK, REMAINS QUEEN OF SOUNDTRACKS#PhuckYoOscars, you little bitches.
While she might have been rudely and unjustly snubbed by the Oscars this year with her gorgeous Gatsby classic "Young & Beautiful," Born To Die goddess and soon-to-be Ultraviolence Queen Lana Del Rey is getting ready to appear on a brand new movie soundtrack.
On January 26 (three days, y'all!), the "Diet Mountain Dew" diva will be releasing a cover of the Sleeping Beauty theme, "Once Upon A Dream" for the upcoming Angelina Jolie-helmed #SomethingMoreDark take on Sleeping Beauty, Maleficent.
As a refresher, here's the classic for your listening pleasure:
And now, here is "Lovesong" songstress Emily Osment's modern 'pop-rock' rendition of the song — which will soon be rendered irrelevant, obviously.
Considering this is a song for Maleficent, Lana's take will no doubt be as dark and brooding as we could hope, just like her mesmerizing cover of "Blue Velvet." It (probably) won't count for the Oscars next year since it's a cover and not an original, but whatever: New Lana trumps all of the awards.
A dream within a dream, indeed.

Looking for a nice story to get you in the mood for the weekend? www.tmz.com/2014/03/14/lady-gaga-vomit-sxsw-video/Lady Gaga Lets Woman Vomit On Her During SXSW Performance
Lady Gaga's antics are sometimes vomit inducing, but this is ridiculous ... last night at her SXSW show, she actually let some chick VOMIT ALL OVER HER while she performed.
The vomiter is no amateur ... she's actually a "vomit painter" (actual profession) named Millie Brown, who is known for drinking various liquids and then vomiting them up onto a canvas. In this case ... the canvas was Lady Gaga.
Gaga was playing drums on a song called "Swine" when Brown, after drinking neon green liquid, proceeded to stand over her, stick her fingers down her throat, and vomit the green liquid all over Gaga.
Watch the performance for yourself ... it's sick. Literally.

Demi Lovato Slams Lady Gaga for "Glamorizing Eating Disorders" Provocative? More like "sad" to Demi Lovato. The "Neon Lights" singer took to Twitter Friday, March 14 to slam Lady Gaga's puke-filled performance at the SXSW music festival, venting that it actually glorified bulimia.
"Sad..." wrote Lovato, 21. "As if we didn't have enough people glamorizing eating disorders already. Bottom line, it's not 'cool' or 'artsy' at all."
As seen in footage from the concert, Gaga at one point, kneeled down next to vomit painter Millie Brown, who stuck her finger down her throat and threw up a slimy substance over the ARTPOP singer. The particular moment struck a sour note with Lovato, who continued railing against the performance Friday: "Would you let someone bring a needle and shoot up on you?" she asked. "Addiction is addiction."
The connection is personal for Lovato, who entered rehab back in October 2010 to seek treatment for "physical and emotional issues." The former Disney star, who left three months later with the goal to serve as a positive role model for young women and fans worldwide, continued to voice her concerns in an extended message.
"All I'm saying is, artists in pop culture have influence on people," she wrote. "Young people who are struggling to figure out their identities are seriously influenced by the things they see their idols do. Whether we intend to or not, artists influence people of ALL ages and unfortunately what people see, people do. Hair, clothes and sometimes misinterpreting things, therefore using the excuse of art to engage in self-destructive behaviors."
Lovato reflected on her own personal trials and confessed to fans, "I've been through a shit ton... More than any of you know." The pop star added, "People emulate what they see celebrities do or let happen. And that's why I had to say something... to let the people who don't understand the art in it, that bulimia isn't cool, and it won't get you on stage with your favorite artist."

Bulemia is not a disease. Its just retarded.
Lana Del Ray is proof that a female pop singer can be hot and actually have talent.

I don't buy that they're really her nudes, her tattoos are way too small in the pictures and look like they've been drawn on in pen.
