With Football being in pre-season and Sky Sports giving more coverage to other sports lately like Tennis, Formula One and Cricket I realised I hate pretty much every other sport.
Those three I mentioned bore me to death. So does Rugby and Hockey. American Football is too stop-start for me. I think Basketball is the only other sport I could watch regularly if I had to.
Even sports I enjoy/enjoyed playing/taking part in like Pool and Athletics I would never watch on TV.
EDIT: I forgot Boxing. I love that. I don't care about MMA anymore though unless it's a big fight.

Other than Football, I don't think there's many sports I like watching either. Darts is the only other sport that I'll watch from start to finish.
I can't stand Rugby, Cricket or American Football. Basketball isn't for me either, but I kinda liked that SlamBall thing that used to be on, lol.
The novelty of MMA wore off long before Lesnar retired. I like Boxing, but it has to be a fight featuring people I know of.
I can watch Snooker, Formula One, and Tennis for a couple of minutes before it gets repetitive and boring.

I've kind of cooled on sports over the years given the endless greed shown by owners who expect ordinary non-fan citizens to pony up for new stadiums. I still have some interest, but usually lack patience with them these days.
I guess I am most likely to watch Hockey, Baseball, or American Football. But the first two are more in the playoffs than during the regular seasons. Which are too long in holding interest terms.
I'll occasionally watch a college softball game on espn. Mens or Womens. Same story with Soccer style Football.
I think the sporting event that excites me the most is probably the Winter Olympics. It's a more pure brand of sport. I'm okay with the Summer ones too. But I tend to prefer the skiing/skating/hockey type events the winter provides.
I often get more enjoyment out of watching a classic game from a past era that I haven't seen in full before than I do from most of what is happening at the moment. I'd much rather watch a film of a Super Bowl or Championship game played a few decades ago than one of the recent ones, for example.

I'm not super into any sports other than basketball and college football. I watch pro-football for the playoffs, Steelers games, and occasionally the 49ers. Hockey, again the playoffs, Blue Jackets, and the Leafs every now and then. MLS, playoffs, and Crew games only. MLS really needs to overhaul the playoff system it's a mess. Tennis, I only watch the significant matches. Boxing, I prefer going to amateur bouts, but I'll watch a fight if it's someone I find relevant. I still watch figure skating now and then. I love the Olympics, more so summer than winter, but I watch a fairly large amount of both. I'll even watch curling, I don't know why, but I find it fascinating. Honestly, I blame Santa's Slay.
Baseball and auto racing are really the only two sports that I cannot stand watching. More so on the baseball front, I can do with watching drag racing.

Rugby mainly. MMA is losing its appeal a bit, still watch plenty of kickboxing though and keep up with F1/Moto GP.
American sports are all retardedly boring. Soccer too. Cant stand cricket.
