I completely forgot that Victoria won the women's title for a second time in 2003. The sad thing is I was watching WWE on a regularly basis back then too.

I don't know why they don't push Alicia Fox (as a face preferably). She's not bad in the ring and she's at least average on the mic. Somehow we still get stuck with Eve when there's better suitors.
