I miss Torrie.

Cinderella, ha!
Torrie was also shooting straight in '09 (post her retirement) in her comments about the E's handling of Divas at Wrestlemania.

Torrie pretty much epitomizes the 'I'm only here because I'm pretty - I can't do anything else, but who cares!' stereotype in wrestling, so I don't think she can talk. Maybe if she actually tried to improve in that decade she was in wrestling then it'd be a fair comment to make, but she didn't.

She was never a sterling talent but did improve some in her latter times in the E.

She really didn't; she just happened to be wrestling Victoria instead of the likes of Dawn Marie and Sable.

On the contrary, she did. I'm not saying she was a top talent by any means. But she was clearly a mite better (or less unable if one prefers) as she closed out her career than she was in her WCW/early WWF/E days.
On a related note, Victoria herself was tending to get careless as a wrestler later on in her WWE days. (Though she's doing better again lately.)

I'd say she was about on-par with 2003 Torrie.
And I'm sure that Victoria would put a little more effort in when wrestling her BFF.

Victoria's slipping ringwork was well known and on display against various people. There might have been valid reasons for her to be disappointed in the E, but that is beside the point.

I disagree, but regardless, like I said, I'd assume that she'd try a little harder when wrestling a good friend of hers.

What is there to disagree about? She broke Beth Phoenix's jaw. And that's only one of several incidents with several people.

Wait, so now you're trying to say that Victoria is a bad wrestler? Yeah, she injured three girls, but that happened over the course of her career, and it doesn't change the fact that she still had consistently good matches throughout her career. A strike that lands harder than it should doesn't make someone a bad wrestler.

Wait, so now you're trying to say that Victoria is a bad wrestler? Um, no. Where did I say that btw? And it has to do with a topic and assumption you introduced to the thread. Yeah, she injured three girls,........... She had incidents with four I can recall.

You brought up her breaking Beth's jaw. I don't see what your point was there.
Victoria was a very good worker who had solid showings against an early Brie Bella and Maria. I don't think it's a stretch to say that she may just have carried Torrie through those alright matches later in her career.
Whatever the case, I'm bored arguing with you now. Can we stop?

Did the Rock/Trish thing ever really go anywhere in the end?

You brought up her breaking Beth's jaw. I don't see what your point was there. The point is that Victoria was (apparently temporarily) slipping/going through a difficult period then. Someone who is breaking jaws and getting sloppy with no less than at least four different people, some of whom are even good workers, isn't a natural candidate for multiple times 100% assumption of stepping up to the plate for someone else in the ring. Whatever the case, I'm bored arguing with you now. Can we stop? Just saw this. Fine enough. It's becoming tiresome for me too. I'll brief point address newer material as needed for clarification and skip parts that have become circular over previously addressed territory.
