I still can't believe Burke posted the announcement for this show in the random thoughts thread. At this point we should retire that damn thread to put a stop to his antics.

While I'm still bothered at him winning the first Women's MitB match, I have to admit he did more than Santino/a or Hornswoggle ever did. While they continuously made the women's division a joke, he at least elevated Carmella and to a lesser extent Becky and a few of the other women. Even though he was always at the end of a joke, he played his role and he did it well. So I guess in hindsight he was a blessing in disguise (sort of). I'd like to retract this statement. |

I've been in such an annoyed haze since Alexa stole that win. This show is going off the air with Alexa as champion. This is so hard because I really do like Alexa, but like. This bitch has had a meteoric rise ever since her MR debut. She's won clean time after time. And she's already got so many accolades under her belt. Like she doesn't need it. Becky needed this more than anyone and they give it to the woman who just had a title not even 3 months ago??? I get that cashing in is the heelish thing to do, but Becky. I'm just so tired of Alexa being at the forefront and I think the only reason they do it is because she can improvise on the mic, despite under performing in the ring, but they expect her opponents to take care of that. It's frustrating. |
