She deserves a lot of the credit Triple H is giving himself though. Hiring a female trainer that knows the ins and outs to help get the women ready is one of the smartest things they've done with the division. |

Bout to watch these women's matches. On one hand, personally, I'm happy for Nattie that she won, but as a viewer that does nothing for me and I feel like Naomi had so much more to give as champion. She barely scratched the surface of her potential as the face of the SD women's division. Especially with all the absolute shit going on in the world, it was amazing to see a black babyface Women's Champion, but even with all of that aside she's worked for sooo long and was just as underrated as Nattie and only just got her time to... well, glow. They didn't even really do anything with her reign because they gave her the filler feud with Lana while all the other women did the MitB stuff. It felt like she was really only just taking off, and then they put the belt on Nattie? And Naomi was the first stable champion since they introduced that belt, which definitely got off to a rocky start with Becky and Alexa, and now it isn't looking too much better. No disrespect to Nattie, she totally deserves it, but there was a better way to go about it. Preferably, one that involved a fucking program between the two of them.

Yeah I was just thinking how cool it would've been to have Naomi, Sasha, and Ember Moon all champs at the same time. It sucks for Naomi, but at least now I won't feel bad when Natalya drops it to Carmella and is reduced to enhancement talent because I didn't think they'd ever give her a title again.
