Blah I ended up pre ordering this online the other night and now I regret it. I just found out that really the only "new" addition to CAW mode is the kickpads thing, and that they put transparency back in. Also it looks like the Diva parts are the same as last years.

I get that they can't really do anything with the Divas in various story modes, that makes sense to me. But why not try to make you CAW mode better every year? They used to continuously add new things, but SvR2011 and WWE 12 everything was pretty much the same. And this year looks no different. It's just disappointing to me, personally, because that's my favorite mode in the game and they can't even give it a decent update. I feel stupid that they got me again.

I'm more excited for this year's Dragon Ball game, which just so happens to come out on the same day, but this definitely looks better than '12.

K, my first match review:

Feels a bit stiff, but always does when I first start a new game. Controls are exactly the same.

Countering is easier cause it actually explains that you need to hit it at the right time, and it'll say too fast or too slow when you miss it.

The graphics are more or less the same but always look a bit better.

Commentary sounds the same.

The replay hitting right after I delivered the GTS as opposed to after the pin like in the last few games caught me off guard a bit. But I guess it's kind of a throwback to the older games where it would show the finisher a few times when you hit it. You can turn this off so its not too bad. I'd rather have a split screen come up like irl showing the replay but you can still see what's happening in the ring.

The camera angles suck. It's too far away in default and it's too close on the cinematic ones. And the cinematic ones change rapidly. Instead of switching to a theatrical view for a suplex, the camera will switch between 3 different angles before the move is done. It's annoying and jarring and may cause seizures. But you can turn this off too so.

Overall the gameplay is more or less the same as WWE '12. But, I bought this for the other features and I liked WWE '12 so I'm good with it.

Attitude Mode is amazing!

So they use the actual audio from the shows in Attitude Mode, so aside from the occasional WW- or World Wrestling ---- bleep, it sounds way fucking better than the wrestlers shitty voice acting in Road to Wrestlemania

Edit: Nvm, I was wrong on that. Road Dogg slipped up and said WWE. The Attitude guys are just way better actors I guess lol. Wow. I thought it was actual audio.

K, not final word cause I'm still playing. They done fucked tag team matches up. I was playing as the New Age Outlaws against the Legion of Doom, my objective was to pin Animal with Billy. So as I'm playing as Road Dogg, Hawk spears Billy through the barricade and Billy is down and out for the rest of the match. He just doesn't get up. He stayed down forever so I had to restart the match. Then, Hawk couldn't tag Animal, because Animal couldn't sit still and kept running around on the outside. Not even trying to attack Road Dogg, just going for a stroll mid match.

So then I started playing Universe, and the fisrt damn match was Rock/HHH vs Dolph/Miz. Miz starts in, but I decide to select Dolph to play as and let the computer control Miz. So when I call Miz over to tag me in, all of the sudden, the computer takes over Dolph, and I take over Miz standing on the outside. So I restart the match thinking it glitched. Nope. If you select the person on the apron, you play as the person on the apron the whole match. lol ridiculous.

Tag matches have been my only major problem I've come across. So far.

Tag team matches have always been my favourite match type, so if this is as big of an annoyance/problem as you say, then I'm gonna be really disappointed.

Well, the Billy thing was in Attitude Mode, and there's match objectives and cutscenes so I think that was just a glitch. I've gotten a couple of them now.

As for the other thing, that was just going into a match in Universe without doing player select first. As long as you pick the guy in the ring you're always the legal man.

The game to me is honestly just WWE 12 with upgrades and the attitude era. Even the CAW's got some updates and new peices astro. Including clothes having wrinkles now so they look real instead of painted on. nd the kickpad thing is cool.

I dig it. Few problems here and there but nothing that ruins the game.

I just made Divas Tag titles. I really do love this game. It's so customizable, it's overwhelming. I can make NFA perfectly
