CaS is kinda disappointing this year, it looks like they hardly added anything. Game play is confusing though, I'm still not used to the controls. Also as I'm writing this, I can see that Jayzero is playing. I would challenge you, but seeing as I only have like an hour or two of game play under my belt (that's just me making a character mind you)...well I guess it's time to start my training montage. I was alerted of your presence on Xbox Live, and I almost challenged you, but decided to show mercy. Mostly because I suck at this game at the moment and my ego couldn't handle another loss. |

Career mode only for 3 superstars isn't it? Don't think I'll bother then. They need to put more effort into their games. About time WWE dropped game makers and found a new company IMO.

Story mode is only 3 superstars yeah, but it's totally different than any other story mode. You don't play matches, you have objectives, then it goes into a cutscene. It'll say, put this person through a table to continue, or drag so and so to the top of the ramp. Once you get to the objective, a cutscene plays out that either finishes off the match, or send you back into the match with a new objective. It's pretty cool.
Universe mode plays just like season mode from SD! 2. It is everything they lied and promised universe would be last year and better.
I haven't been disappointed by a single thing in this game, I highly recommend it. It's the best wrestling game since HCTP, probably even better. I give it a 10/10.
There's the little glitches and tweeks that the SD series has always had, but they do not take away from the experience at all.

I always hated having to play through like 75 matches that are basically all the same to unlock everything and complete story mode every year. I just want to see some funny cutscenes/stories and attack people as I see fit. Universe mode is where I can play actual full matches, make my favourites win the title, etc. |

I'm kinda getting used to the game play, trying to grapple and run are still kinda foreign to me though. Also the AI is definitely more aware of what's going on, I've only won a few matches, and lost a shit ton. Can someone explain how to use the comeback ability? I've gotten it a few times and I go to use it, but it doesn't let me do a finisher...do I need to store one? ...I don't know how to do that either lol. Also anyone have any cool Universe moments? Spoiler tagged just incase. I ended up making a diva and throwing her in, the first thing I did was interfere in a match and attacked Kelly (by accident) and now K2 is injured. My favorite by far is I've helped Maryse win a few matches by interfereing, then all of a sudden Beth and McCool started teaming up and made me fight a handicap match, which I lost. After McCool pinned me, she went to grab a chair, while Beth watched me, making sure I was down, and then out of nowhere Maryse came to make the save. I swear to god it was almost like that time Lita saved Trish from Molly and Gail. So cool. Universe is definitely better this year, I love how unpredictable it is. I'm sorry but idgaf about Husky Harris vs Michael McGillicutty. It automatically puts you into the next match unless there was a cutscene after. That's the only time it ever gives me the option of going back to the menu. My cool universe story: I created me and put him on free agent so he wouldn't pop up in universe. Next thing I know I'm on Raw about to play Cody Rhodes vs. Daniel Bryan, when Bryan stops on the ramp and introduced me as Cody's replacement opponent. That SD, I came out as DB's manager, and then on Raw I had a rematch with Cody with DB on commentary. After I won he came into the ring to raise my hand in victory. He is my best friend and mentor. I thought it was a really cool way to debut.  |

Only thing that really bothers me about it right now is the fact that there's too many belts in Universe mode. Other than that, I love it.

Universe mode spoiler: I just did Husky Harris vs. The Miz w/Maryse. After I beat Miz, Maryse turned her back on Miz and walked up the ramp with Husky. |

I just noticed that if you're carrying a title, it boosts up your attributes. I thought I found a way to vacate the titles, but I think it only works for exhibition mode. Which is lame. I really don't want all these "legends" part of my 'universe'. Anyone know a way I can make them go away? I made them all free agents, but they still show up at ppvs.

The only legends that I'm using in my Universe are Kevin Nash, The Rock and Brock Lesnar.
Demolition & The Road Warriors keep showing up, but I don't mind that really because they're justing padding out the tag division.
But Chavo Guerrero keeps showing up as a surprise opponent/partner. It's fucking annoying.

Finally got it! Just downloading some dumb update now.
Maryse vs. Kelly and Sin Cara vs. Alberto are probably going to be the first Diva/Superstar matches that I play.
