"Daniel Bryan recently teased returning to the ring once his WWE contract expires next year.
During a heated exchange with The Miz on Tuesday's Talking Smack episode, The Miz made fun of Daniel Bryan for not being able to wrestle because of "his head."
"I can't or they won't let me?" Bryan replied. "We'll see in a year and a half, we'll see what happens."
Dave Meltzer noted on today's Wrestling Observer Radio that Bryan's contract is no longer frozen since he is on TV and it will expire in 18 months. Metlzer expects him to walk away from WWE and the money they offer.
Metlzer went on to say Bryan is so determined to wrestle again that he will, but Meltzer thinks he shouldn't.
CMLL and NJPW are reportedly on Bryan's radar, in fact, he was due to sign with NJPW before being called back to return to WWE at SummerSlam a few years ago."

He has a daughter on the way, but here he is thinking about getting in the ring again even though he has a lesion on his brain. This man could die in the ring, especially if he wrestled in Japan where it's a lot more hard hitting than in WWE. If he dies or gets paralysed, Brie is left to raise their child on her own. He's just an incredibly selfish individual.

I'd be happy to take that GM/legends money for the rest of my life and not have to worry about taking any bumps. That's the dream. Making money for basically doing nothing.

- Daniel Bryan Training for a ComebackThe leader of the "Yes Movement" said yesterday in an interview with Sports Illustrated that he’s training for a comeback. Bryan is the final year of a 5 year contract and has said in the past that he has been working on a more grounded style of wrestling and will be taking less high risks in the ring, if the stars align and he steps foot in the squared circle again. Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Radio also today said it's not a question of IF Daniel Bryan wrestles ever again, it's a question of WHEN.
Alvarez believes WWE will do "anything it takes" to keep Bryan on board with the company and Alvarez believes that, if Daniel wants to wrestler again, WWE will have to work out a contract that will allow him to work for New Japan and CMLL, like he has expressed in the past.
Although WWE doesn't allow their talent to work other promotions, WWE's hands might be tied, come negotiations, considering Bryan and Brie Bella, are a huge part of Total Divas & Total Bellas on the E! Network.

Just swallow your pride and accept it.

I can't see him even wanting to just do the bare minimum. He's going to have to rework his move set to basically be a smaller Randy Orton and nobody's here for that. However, there's speculation that Kurt Angle will be wrestling soon and I'm pretty sure his neck is just duct taped together at this point. WWE just needs to tell these guys to fuck off.
