After a year "on the road" BotY returns home to Beautiful Persons starting Monday, October 6th! As we celebrate the 5th anniversary of the tournament, this could finally be the year we hang our voting hats up. So who will be possibly the final Babe of the Year? It's all up to you.
As done the last 3 years, brackets will be created and posted on Monday, September 29th. To qualify your faves for the competition, simply PM me a list of up to 20 names for both the male and female tournaments. Points are distributed as follows:
Top 20 List 1. 200 Points 2. 190 Points 3. 180 Points 4. 170 Points 5. 160 Points 6. 150 Points 7. 140 Points 8. 130 Points 9. 120 Points 10. 110 Points 11. 100 Points 12. 90 Points 13. 80 Points 14. 70 Points 15. 60 Points 16. 50 Points 17. 40 Points 18. 30 Points 19. 20 Points 20. 10 Points
Even if you send a short list, the point values remain the same:
Top 7 List 1. 200 Points 2. 190 Points 3. 180 Points 4. 170 Points 5. 160 Points 6. 150 Points 7. 140 Points
The indy rule added last year will remain this year, and will include TNA this time. While BotY may have started as a WWE/TNA game, let's face it, TNA is nowhere near where it was 5 years ago. This is now a WWE/NXT tournament, with up to 5 slots allowed for Indy/TNA wrestlers and knockouts in each list.
Just to make the directions clear (cause someone messes up every year): 1. PM me 2 lists, one for men and one for women. You do not have to do both. 2. Make the lists no longer than 20 names each. You do not have to fill all 20 slots. 3. You can add TNA and Indy stars, but no more than 5 in each list. You can send me a list of only 5 TNA stars if you want.
After I get all the lists (deadline is 1 hour before Raw, September 29th), points will be added up and the top 24 superstars and divas will be given seed numbers and added to the official bracket, which will be revealed during Raw.
Matches will be posted once a day, Mon-Sat, and open for 24 hours before locking. On November 1st, the last Diva and Superstar standing will be your 2014/15 Babes of the Year!

I didn't vote for my country's independence but I'll make sure I don't miss these polls.
I have my priorities in order.

Last day to send lists. I lied about you all sending them in so you would think you were the only one who hadn't and send one in. Still a couple of you that haven't. Deadline is the start of Raw.

Did I miss seeing I know she does not have a big role but I am still really surprised Cody's wife did not make the top 24 women.

Yeah, no one voted for Brad cause 1, he hasn't really been on TV a lot this year; 2, his employment is in question right now even tho he still goes by Brad Maddox; 3, I think people tend to look at roster pages when making their lists and he's on the alumni one; and 4, that facial hair and weird cave video....
As for Eden, if she had been in the top 18 of just one more persons list she would've been in. She was 30 points away.
Next ranking girls 25) Stephanie McMahon (30 points away) 26) Eden Stiles (30 points away) 27) Alicia Fox (40 points away) 28) Charlotte (50 points away)
Next ranking guys 25) Jason Jordan (10 points away) 26) Rob Van Dam (20 points away) 27) Matt Sydal/Evan Bourne (20 points away) 28) Wade "Bad News" Barrett (20 Points away)
To show how close they all were to making the bracket (looking back up at the points distribution), 15th place on your list gets 60 points.

Disappointed Zeb didn't make it through.
And I forgot about Eden. She'd definitely have made my list if I thought of her.

I mean the fact that she was referred to as 'Cody's wife' is a good indication of why Eden didn't make it. And it's bitches like Burke voting for Zeb Colter who make me apprehensive to participate. God don't like ugly, and neither do I.

I usually throw in a vote for The Great Khali, but I forgot to this year.

I mean the fact that she was referred to as 'Cody's wife' is a good indication of why Eden didn't make it. I prefer to think of it as Cody just being that awesome. And I forgot about Eden. She'd definitely have made my list if I thought of her. Or a case of "Burke strikes again."
