I agree with Fizzle, it really was a slap in the face to the other girls. However, the reaction Paige got was fucking amazing. I honestly don't care who the Diva is, but anytime a a girl gets that kind of reaction is amazing. Even more so when it's someone new, so good for her. Hopefully she won't follow in Gail Kim's footsteps and the crowd will continue to love her.

About Paige (and Barrett's) reaction, there are still a lot of European fans in the crowd from WrestleMania, so we'll see if she can keep it up next week. I almost hope she can, just because it was funny to see the fans finally not give a fuck about AJ, even when she was trying to pander to them with that tired skip she does.

Exactly what I was afraid of with AJ going over all the Divas last night - them bringing in someone new since everyone else's credibility was ruined. Naomi and the Bellas will never get their deserved title runs now. If anything, hopefully Summer or Emma will win it from Paige. I didn't get that at all. It felt like AJ let her ego go too far, underestimated Paige and one Paige Turner later it was over. I thought everything about that aside from Paige's promo making her look weak was great. Incredible reaction, fantastic speaking from AJ to really get over the prestige of the title itself. It makes me really excited for the women and I think that now AJ knows what Paige is capable of we're going to get some really fantastic matches. Fingers crossed WWE pull their heads out of their asses and really push this because this could be very special. I also liked Rusev, that kick was sick.

Yesterday's Raw was one of my favorites in a long time. Paul Heyman is a God on the mic. The Shield in a main angle is good. Just keep them strong and don't have Evolution run roughshod. The next generation mostly looked strong. Save for the Usos, but who really cares there? The tag division is in the deep freeze anyway.

The division is about to center around Paige and AJ, and all these women who've stepped it up since SummerSlam are gonna be put on the back burner. The Total Divas will be relegated to Main Event and Superstars, where Foxsana and Tamina's careers will die out jobbing to them. I guess that's a good thing if you give a damn about AJ and Paige, but I don't, so. Oh well, by thrusting Paige to the top of the division in one night, there's only one place for her to go from here. And I know I'm registered for Summer School.

It's a bit gutting for the other women yeah, but it's not like the division has had any momentum anyway since the AJ/Kaitlyn feud or arguably the very beginning of AJ vs. the Total Divas. If AJ vs. Paige actually gives us something to grab onto beyond 'AJ is so jealous of the Total Divas' then I'm all for it.
And I doubt they'd just send the Bellas, Natalya and the Funkadactyls off to Superstars because they'll still want to promote Total Divas on their main show to a degree. I just don't want them thrust into the main storyline for no other reason than because they're on that show. In an ideal world they'll either incorporate them into the angle in a clever way or they'll actually run two or more separate women's angles simultaneously. They've got the time to do so, especially with the WWE Network.
Paige vs AJ has the potential to be something that has been missing from WWE for way to long, bar a few weeks of Kharma. It's a feud that should engage the crowd and could actually shift how they use the Divas. It's probably naively optimistic but perhaps if this takes off they'll begin to use other women properly as well. The popularity of Lita and subsequently Trish caused WWE to take things more seriously at the beginning of the 2000s but their rivalry wasn't the focus all the time; it also opened the door for women like Victoria, Jazz and Molly to make an impact.
