Passion is definitely my favourite episode, the scene where Angelus kills Jenny and follows up by making sure Giles finds her in the most upsetting way was the game changing moment of the show for me. That was the part where it's legacy was secure.
My favourite finale was Graduation Day, I got chills when the whole school took up arms to fight The Mayor.

Yes, definitely. I feel like anytime an episode started with a voiceover you knew it was gonna be good lol. Graduation Day is probably my favorite as well, but literally all of the finales were amazing. Prophecy Girl is especially underrated. That moment where the vampires are breaking into the barricaded library and Cordelia screams for somebody to help and then the theme kicks in and it cuts to Buffy marching towards the school flanked by Xander and Angel is so badass.

I loved season 4. I don't even care about the weak villains.
The college setting was fun and that season coincided with my first year in high school which probably made me enjoy it more with the similarities in starting a new thing and meeting new people.
If only Cordelia was there too.

If only Cordelia was there too. I used to often think about this as well. Don't get me wrong, I also loved Anya, but Cordelia's lines and Charisma's delivery of them were missed. However, I've been re-watching Angel and I've finally realized that that move really was the best for her character. Well, not in the long run, I guess, considering how everything went down for her, but it really gave her more time to be developed, and the visions thing was really cool for her, too. Speaking of the villains in season four, though. I had always heard that they originally intended for Sunday to be Buffy's adversary for season four, to take the show back to it's vampire roots, but after the Mayor, I guess she felt too lowbrow, so they went with the Initiative instead. Sunday was one of my favorite Buffy fights, though. These two were great, too: I loved when Buffy finally got in Glory's ass.

It's been 5 years since I watched this, but I feel like the most memorable episodes for me came during the college days. My faves are probably the musical episode, and it's opposite, the silent episode with the tall bald slenderman guys. The episode where she went into the alternate reality where she never went to Sunnydale and everyone had turned into vampires was fun too.
As for rankings, I don't remember everyone so I'm only gonna put who I for sure do.
Scoobies: Xander Cordelia Anya Buffy Faith Andrew Willow Giles Spike Tara Angel Jenny Kendra Joyce Riley Dawn Oz Wesley
Villains: The Mayor Glory Faith Harmony Angelus Spike Warren Darla The First Adam Professor Walsh The Master Drusilla Caleb

Burke just said he didn't even know Cordelia got vision powers after going to Angel. He's been a fake Buffyverse fan all this time, omg.
