I didn't see that part either. I assumed he just slowly climbed the cage.
I also had no idea what happened at the end of the show because I kept taking my eyes off the stream every minute or so. I wasn't sure whether Bryan had accidentally hit Shawn when I wasn't looking and Shawn was just retaliating with the superkick or whether he just did it for the hell of it and turned heel.
