If they had saved him they would've gotten fired. Or something.
They do seem to be killing Bryan's momentum with this story having him get his ass kicked every week tho. It's the opposite of Austin booking. I never was one to jump on the Triple H buries everyone bandwagon, but he sorta does.

That doesn't mean Shane O'Mac couldn't make a return to feud with Triple H. Honestly, that is where I am hoping this goes.

The Bellas got popular and made names for themselves before Nikki was dating Cena. Besides, Brie's the one who got the title first and wrestled at SummerSlam, and I highly doubt Bryan's got that kind of pull. AJ's only just making a name for herself outside of being someone's girlfriend.
He tried, though.

I really loved AJ's promo, not because I agreed with it, but it was the first time in a long time that a promo evoked a reaction out of me. And the looks on the girls faces especially, Brie telling her to say it to her face was awesome, I don't know why that specifically sticks out to me. Maybe because it felt like she wasn't reciting lines, and it was sheer anger. I really hope this turns into something, like all the girls getting together for a common goal. Also I really want them to let Naomi step up her game, because we all know how well she works with AJ.
Also I love that this whole storyline isn't about the title, or even jealousy. But more so AJ being a wrestling purist and thinking that she has a right to dictate whose worthy of the title and who isn't. And this girl had the balls to call out Natalya...pretty sure when Nattie was doing that Divas of Doom thing she made AJ "cry".
