The upsets this week were #23 Tamina "The Man" Snuka beating poor lil #10 AJ Lee (  ) for the girls, and on the same day, #23 D'Angelo Dinero beating #10 Drew Dingleberries Round 2 continues on Monday, probably around this time, along with... The Fantasy Babe of the Year Tournament! Since I just threw it in last year due to a lackluster final, I figured we might as well turn it into a real thing. It's smaller, so it will end at the same time as the real tournament. |

The upsets this week were #14 Paige beating #3 Kaitlyn, #10 Tamina beating #7 Layla, and #13 Darren Young beating #4 Cody Rhodes. A.k.a. three terrible results. You all suck.  Next week, either Brooke Tessmacher or Mickie James, and Kofi Kingston or Evan Bourne will be pulling double duty. They'll have their round 2 matches on Monday, and quarter-final matches on Friday. Then we will enter the final week. The Fantasy BotY Tournament is running smoothly: No upsets cause they're all amazing |

This is gonna be the last Babe of the Year tournament. Run by me anyway. I'm kinda over it. And 5 years straight is reaching sad levels. Thanks for the 4 year run though. Well... maybe. Stopping at 4 and not going to 5 would be like Undertaker leaving at 19-0 and not trying for 20. We'll see if I have a life this time next year. |

  One week from now, we will have a brand new Babe of the Year for 2013. This weeks upsets were #5 Taryn Terrell beating #4 Rosa Mendes, #6 Naomi beating #3 Paige, and #7 Tamina beating #2 Brooke Tessmacher for the girls, and #8 Johnny Curtis beating #1 The Miz for the guys. We've reached the final 4 for each tournament... For the girls: Cameron & Naomi: The Funkadactyls have booty popped their way into the semi-finals. This is the third try for BotY veteran Naomi but quite the splash for first timer Cameron Lynn. Can the funky divas dance their way into the finals together? Taryn Terrell: The former Tiffany shocked the world by reemerging on TNA out of nowhere, and she's been heating up our television screens every week since. Can she cap off her comeback with a BotY win? Tamina: The current powerhouse in the women's tournament has tackled her way through three board favorites. With just two wins away from the title, can the dark horse make it all the way? Or is it time to turn her into glue? For the guys: Johnny Curtis: The current #1 seed in the men's tournament after beating last year's BotY, The Miz. Can he maintain this momentum into the finals? Dolph Ziggler: The Show Off is doing just that, shaking his ass past the competition. Could it be the year of Ziggler? John Cena: Not if this guy has anything to say about it. Cena returned to BotY this year after not making any impact at all last year. But with the CeNation population at an all time high, he could be a favorite. Kofi Kingston: A favorite every single year in BotY, Kofi Kingston has yet to miss a BotY semi-final spot. He just never quite seems to make it past that. Can he finally break his way through the brick wall, or will he once again come up short? It's all up to you guys. As for the Fantasy Tournament:  We've come down to a final six of Kelly Kelly, Stacy Keibler, Torrie Wilson, Maryse, Maxine and Sable. Instead of waiting until Monday, the fantasy tournament will continue through the weekend to finish off the quarter finals. That way everything is caught up by Monday. The finals begin on Halloween night and voting will be open for 48 hours. |

My fellow Beautiful Persons, I'm here today to discuss what I will call Tamina-gate. On Friday, October 26th, 2012, at approximately 5:17pm Pacific standard time, Brooke Tessmacher was leading Tamina in the polls 6 votes to 5. At that time, I took it upon myself to private message several other BeautifulPersons members in an attempt to get them to switch their votes from Brooke Tessmacher, to Tamina. I was successful, as two people switched their votes, and another retracted. This was cheating. I knew the results of the poll, and I used that to my advantage. If I had not done so, the original votes would have remained, and Brooke Tessmacher would be advancing to the semi-finals. As result of my tampering, which I promised not to do at the beginning of the tournament, Tamina has been disqualified from the 2013 Babe of the Year tournament. Brooke Tessmacher will take her rightful place in the semi-finals, and the competition will continue without the retract vote feature available from this point forward. I apologize for abusing my power as game master, and I ask for your forgiveness and continued support as the BotY enters it's final week. Thank you, and good night. ~ Jayzero |
