Okay, so Asuka vs. Nikki Cross was great. I actually enjoy Nikki's character away from the rest of the stable. The powerbomb onto the pile of steel chairs Asuka looked nasty.

Ho Ho Lun, the wrestler from Hong Kong that featured in the CWC last year was released yesterday. I kind of liked him, hence why I used him in NFA as enhancement talent, but he really wasn't improving and it was clear that he wasn't ready to be employed by WWE.
I just feel bad, because I released him after SummerMania. Damn, lost two jobs in one week 😔

I think it's kinda smart. If we look at NXT as developmental then it'd be a bit of a waste to have Asuka defeated down there because it means she'll have less of an impact on the main roster. Now it'll be the debut of the undefeated Asuka, rather than the debut of the girl who lost to someone in NXT but is probably gonna be undefeated anyways.
They made a mistake in a sense by allowing the likes of Bayley to hit a peak and do a full character arch in NXT, because it's left them with nowhere to go upon being called up. Granted, the quality of television is worse, but part of me thinks the lack of development in NXT is intentional.
