That battle royal for the number one contender was great. I wish they'd given everyone an opportunity to do their entrance, but I understand that'd be too much of a time constraint. But the ending was awesome.

I feel like it's been forever since we've seen a battle royal, too. I know a lot of people think battle royals demean the Divas because they just throw them all in the ring at one time, but for me they're always fun because I enjoy the spots. And yeah, I did love that false ending with Eva Marie. I feel like we always see that, where the babyface thinks they've won and then a heel slides in and throws them out, so it was fun to see that switched around. It was great heat for Eva Marie, and it made Carmella's win even better for the audience because she got to throw her out.
My only complaint is that it looked like Carmella was wearing a diaper.

I can't believe it but Baron Corbin may be in my fave five now. His finisher is badass and his anti-IWC gimmick is what I would want to have if I was a wrestler.

Seems weird they would do something as extreme as a title switch before letting a doctor check him. Then they could've just held a tournament or something.

So apparently the injury wasn't legit, and it was just part of the match. It's still weird that they did this at a house show rather than the next set of tapings though. I wonder if this means that Balor is coming to the main roster sooner than they originally planned.

Asuka vs. Eva Marie was definitely Eva's best outing so far, she seems to be improving with every match now. I hope she improves enough to win the NXT Women's Championship in the near future.
